Էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը ինքնիշխանության գլխավոր տարրերից մեկն է։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ 20-րդ դարի կեսերից սկսած աշխարհում քաղաքական հարցերը մեծամասամբ լուծում են` էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների, նավթի, գազի, միջուկային էներգիայի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն սահմանելով։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը իր անկախության 30 տարիների ընթացքում լրջորեն հետընթաց է արձանագրել էներգետիկ անվտանգության առումով։ Հայաստանի բազմաթիվ էլեկտրակայաններ՝ հայկական ատոմակայանը, ջերմաէլեկտրակայանները գտնվում են այլ, թեկուզ դաշնակից պետության վերահսկողության ներքո։ Իրավիճակը փոքր-ինչ շտկվել էր հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների կառուցմամբ, սակայն արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների մեծ մասը մնացել են Արցախի զավթված տարածքներում։

Ըստ էության, մի իրավիճակ է, երբ էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը վտանգված է, երբ Հայաստանը լրջագույն անելիք ունի այս առումով։ Հարցրեք յուրաքանչյուր մասնագետի, և նա ձեզ կպատասխանի, որ իրավիճակի շտկումը միայն ատոմակայանի կառուցումը չէ, որը թանկ և վտանգավոր հաճույք է, այլ արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումը։

Ամեն ամիս Հայաստանում հարյուրավոր ընտանիքներ, ձեռնարկություններ արևային նոր վահանակներ են տեղադրում, միանում են էներգետիկ ցանցին, ապահովում են իրենց էներգետիկ անկախությունը և նաև կախված չեն լինում էլեկտրական ցանցերից, ընդհակառակը՝ իրենք են վաճառում իրենց էլեկտրաէներգիան այդ ցանցերին, այդ կերպ խնայում են ոչ միայն մեծ միջոցներ, այլ նաև անհրաժեշտ պահին, կամ էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատման դեպքում կարողանում են խուսափել խնդիրներից։

Հայաստանի իշխանություները տարիներ շարունակ հռչակել են արևային էներգիայի օգտագործման քաղաքականություն, սակայն իրավիճակը լավանալու փոխարեն ընդամենը վատթարացել է։

Մի երկրում, որտեղ կա ընդամենը մեկ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոն»-ը, անհնար է լուրջ առաջընթաց արձանագրել։ Ըստ էության, միայն մեկ ընկերություն է լուրջ ներդրում անում Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության մեջ։

Իրավիճակը պետք է շտկել ոչ թե դանդաղ քայլերով, այլ արմատական լուծումներով, պետք է գրեթե բոլոր բնակավայրերում արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել, զարկ տալ Հայաստանում արևային վահանակների արտադրությանը, իսկ այդպիսի գործունեություն ծավալող ընկերություններին հարկային և այլ արտոնություններ տրամադրել, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ապահովել հանրապետության ամբողջական էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը։
