POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երկու օր է՝ համացանցը ողողված է Քաջարանի համայնքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանի՝ կարմիր վարդերը ձեռքին խոնարհված նկարով. այսպես նա դիմավորում է վարչապետի կնոջը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանին: Ամեն ինչ շատ տրամաբանական կլիներ, եթե հաշվի չառնեինք այն իրադարձությունների շղթան, որը նախորդել է այդ արարողությանը: Մանվել Փարամազյանը Սյունիքի այն համայնքապետներից մեկն էր, որը «սյունյաց ողջույններ» հղեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ամեն կերպ ընդդիմացավ նրա որոշումներին, ի մասնավորի՝ պատերազմից հետո Քաջարանի դիրքերը թշնամուն հանձնելու որոշմանը, պահանջեց Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը, քաղաքական հետապնդման ենթարկվեց, կալանավորվեց, տևական ժամանակ մնաց կալանքի տակ և բոլորովին վերջերս 50 մլն գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակվեց։
Այս ամենը օրինաչափ կլիներ, եթե կալանավայրից վերադարձից հետո կարճ ժամանակ անց Քաջարանի համայնքապետը համագործակցություն չսկսեր «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի հետ: Այստեղից էլ սկսեցին երևալ «ազատության գնի» ականջները: Այսպիսով, առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին պատրաստվող Մանվել Փարամազյանը, որն ակնհայտ ընդդիմադիր դիրքավորում ուներ մինչ կալանավորումը, կալանավայրից դուրս գալուց հետո պրոիշխանական դրսևորումներով է հանդես գալիս` իշխանական հիմնադրամների հետ համագործակցության և Աննա Հակոբյանին ջերմ ընդունելության արժանացնելու փաստերով պայմանավորված: Ստացվում է, որ իշխանության հետ համագործակցությունը լավ էլ հնարավոր է, եթե կարևոր չէ սկզբունքայնությունը, իսկ թվացյալ հայրենասիրությունդ բխում է զուտ տվյալ պահի շահից:
Այլապես, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է բացատրել այն հանգամանքը, որ այսօր կան քաղաքական հետապնդման ենթարկված ու կալանքի տակ գտնվող մարդիկ՝ առանց հստակ մեղադրանքի, որոնց առնչությամբ անգամ մեղադրող դատախազներն են տարակուսում՝ կալանքի տակ մնալու պահանջը հիմնավորելիս, իսկ Աննա Հակոբյանին վարդերով դիմավորող՝ քաղաքական հետապնդման ենթարկված Մանվել Փարամազյանն ազատության մեջ է, և դա այն պարագայում, որ նրա դեմ կար հստակ ցուցմունք ու մեղադրանք: Փաստորեն, ազատության գինը ալ կարմիր վարդերն են, նայած՝ դրանք ինչպես են կիրառվում...
