«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է 

Համազգային հայ կրթական և մշակութային միության Արցախի գրասենյակն «Ապրելու ձայնը» խորագրով գրական-մշակութային յոթնօրյակ էր նախաձեռնել Արցախում, որի մեկնարկը տրվել էր հունիսի 27-ին: Գաղափարը երիտասարդ բանաստեղծ Սերգեյ Սաֆարյանինն էր: Յոթ օրվա ընթացքում Ստեփանակերտում և շրջաններում կայացել են ցուցահանդեսներ, գրական երե կ ո ներ, ստեղծագործական մրցույթներ, համերգներ, Արցախի արդի գրականության վերաբերյալ զրույցներ, հանդիպումներ, դասախոսություններ։ Մշակութային այս կարևոր նախաձեռնությանը մասնակցել են Արցախի և Հայաստանի գրական-մշակութային, հասարակական գործիչները: Միջոցառման բացմանը ներկա է եղել Հայաստանի գրողների միությունը՝ նախագահ Էդվարդ Միլ իտոնյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Բանաստեղծ Հուսիկ Արան ևս մասնակիցների շարքերում է, գրական-մշակութային օրերի շրջանակներում առիթ է եղել պատերազմից հետո առաջին անգամ Արցախ այցելելու, ինչպես ինքն է ասում՝ մի տեսակ սիրտ չէր անում, բարդ հոգեվիճակ էր: «Բավականին հետաքրքիր, աշխույժ շաբաթ էր: Իրենք՝ արցախցիները, բավականին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունեին: Արցախը շնչում է, ապրում և ապրելու է լիարժեք կյանքով՝ գրական, մշակութային առումով: Տեսնեիք միայն, թե պատերազմից հետո երեխաներն ինչ գունավոր, գեղեցիկ պատկերներ էին ստեղծել, մանկան աչքերն այլ կերպ են ամեն ինչ տեսնում, իրենցից շատ բան ունենք սովորելու: Նայում ես շուրջդ՝ խանութները գործում են, փողոցներում մեքենաներ են, շուկայում առևտուրը եռում է: Մարդիկ ամուր են, պինդ, իրենց հողը չեն տալու, չեն լքելու այն, բայց անորոշության մեջ են: Չգիտեն, թե վաղն իրենց գլխին ինչ է գալու: Վաղը Երևանը կամ Բաքուն, Մոսկվան կամ Բրյուսելն ի՞նչ են որոշելու, ումի՞ց է կախված իրենց ճակատագիրը»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Հուսիկ Արան:

Հավելում է՝ ստացվում է, որ արցախցու ճակատագիրը որոշում են առանց նրան հարցնելու: «Ամենամեծ խնդիրն անորոշությունն է: Եղել եմ Ճարտարում, Մարտակերտում, Ամարասում, գյուղերում, ամեն հնարավոր տեղ: Բոլոր վայրերում կյանք կա, համարյա ամեն գյուղ իր երգ ու պարի համույթն ունի: Արցախը նույնն է, բնականաբար, ավելի փոքր սահմաններով, սահմանամերձ հատվածներով անցնում ես, ամեն տեղ թուրքի դրոշներն են, բայց մարդիկ չեն վախենում, չեն ընկճվել, բայց կա անորոշություն»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

Ընդգծում է՝ Արցախը համամարդկային անարդարության, բողոքի ձայն է: «Եթե թշնամին վաղը գա մի գյուղ ու ասի՝ դատարկեք այն, ի՞նչ պիտի անեն մարդիկ: Ով զենք ունի, պիտի կռվի, գուցե մեռնի, ով էլ չէ, կին ու երեխա վերցնի ու հեռանա: Սա ավարտ չունեցող ընթացք է: Այսպիսի խաղաղություն չի լինում, այսպիսի պատերազմ էլ չի լինում, սա չգիտեմ էլ, թե ինչ է: Արցախի կապիտուլ յացիան ստորագրել է, հիմա էլ Հայաստանի կապիտուլ յացիան է ստորագրելու, հետո էլ հեռանա: Վայոց ձորում կրակոցներ են, եթե հետ գնանք ժամանակագրական առումով, որքա՞ն նման դեպքեր են եղել: Բայց ամենակարևորը՝ ինչ-որ բան մեր մեջ է փոխվել, պատրաստ ենք ամեն ինչ տալ: Բանակ չունենանք, բայց խաղաղություն լինի, զենքը վայր դնենք ու կանգնենք զինված թշնամու դիմաց, իսկ թշնամին ասում է՝ ավելի լավ, կսպանեմ քեզ: Վաղը որ գան Երևանը տարհանելու, վախենամ, թե երևանցին էլ սուս ու փուս ամեն ինչ առանց դիմադրելու տա ու հեռանա, գուցե միայն ասի՝ մի վերջին բաժակ սուրճը խմեմ Կասկադում ու նոր գնամ»,-եզրաափակում է Հուսիկ Արան:
