«Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական- քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանքը դատարանը երկարացրեց 15 օրով: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է Չալաբյանի փաստաբանը` Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը:
«Դատավոր Արսույակ Ալեքսանյան որպես արդարադատություն իրականացնող այլևս գոյություն չունի:
Էլ իրեն իմ մոտ գովացող չլինի:
Կալանքի ժամկետը անօրինական բավարարեց և երկարացրեց Չալաբյանի կալանքը 15 օրով, որպեսզի վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը ժամանակ ունենա գործն ուղարկի դատարան:
Քննիչն իր բերանով երեկ հաստատեց, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը պետք է մնա կալանքի տակ միայն նրա համար, որ ինքն ու դատախազը հանգիստ առանց վռազելու գործն ուղարկեն դատարան և ընդունեց, որ որևէ այլ քննչական գործողություն չունեն անելու, ասել է թե` Ավետիք Չալաբյանը շարունակելու է գտնվել կալանքի տակ գործը դատարան ուղարկելու հիմքով:

Անձին անօրինական կալանքի տակ պահող յուրաքանչյուր պաշտոնյա պատժվելու է` նստելու ձևով

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022թ․ մայիսի 12-ին Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ սկսվել է քրեական հետապնդում քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, որը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 163-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, որը նախատեսում է պատասխանատվություն Հավաքին մասնակցելուն հարկադրելը կամ հավաքին մասնակցելու կամ հավաքին մասնակցելուց հրաժարվելու նպատակով նյութապես շահագրգռելու համար՝ կատարված երկու կամ ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ: Նա կալանավորվել է:
