Թվայնացման և բիզնես գործընթացների կատարելագործման շրջանակներում «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն օպտիմալացնում է իր մասնաճյուղային ցանցը՝ առցանց սպասարկման միաժամանակյա զարգացմամբ։ Այս տարի Բանկը նախատեսում է մեկնարկել օնլայն հարթակ, որը կբարձրացնի առցանց վարկերի հասանելիությունը հաճախորդների համար և կդարձնի վերջիններիս ձևակերպման գործընթացն ավելի հեշտ և հարմար։ Բանկային գործառնությունների մեծ մասն արդեն հասանելի է Մոբայլ բանկինգ, Ինտերնետ բանկինգ և Վիդեո բանկինգ ծառայություններում:
ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի համաձայնությամբ դադարեցվելու է հաճախորդների սպասարկումը ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ք․ Երևանի մի քանի մասնաճյուղերում՝ թիվ 21 (ք․ Երևան, Նորք 9 զ-ծ, Վիլնյուսի 3/84), թիվ 4 (ք․ Երևան, Բաղրամյան 56), «Երվանդ Քոչար» (ք․ Երևան, Տիգրան Մեծ պող․ 29ա շին․ 99), ինչպես նաև մարզերում՝ «Ճամբարակ», «Ծաղկահովիտ», «Մարալիկ», «Ախուրյան», թիվ 57 (ք․ Գյումրի) և «Ջերմուկ» մասնաճյուղերում: Վերոնշյալ մասնաճյուղերի հաճախորդները SMS հաղորդագրությամբ և էլեկտրոնային փոստով կտեղեկացվեն Բանկի մոտակա մասնաճյուղերի մասին, որտեղ կշարունակեն սպասարկվել ողջ ծավալով:
ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը պահպանում է իր դիրքերը տարածաշրջանի բանկային ոլորտում, շարունակում է հաճախորդների լիարժեք սպասարկումը, մատուցում է ֆինանսական ծառայությունների հիմնական տեսակները և կատարում է բոլոր պարտավորություններն իր հաճախորդների և գործընկերների նկատմամբ: Ցանցի ընթացիկ օպտիմալացման արդյունքում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդներին հասանելի կլինեն 64 մասնաճյուղեր ՀՀ ողջ տարածքում, 210 բանկոմատներ և 119 վճարային տերմինալներ:
