Գնաճը գլոբալ երեւույթ է, այն շարունակվելու է մինչեւ տարվա վերջ եւ նաեւ 2023 թվականին: Այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը:
«Մեր նախարարությունը չունի եւ չի ունեցել գնաճը զսպելու գործիքակազմ: Մենք կարող ենք առաջարկել բարձրացնել թոշակները, նպաստները, որ մարդիկ սոցիալական զամբյուղին կարողանան մոտենալ: Բայց մենք ոչ թե պետք է գնաճի հետեւից վազենք, որ հասնենք հետեւից, այլ մեր ֆինանսատնտեսական ցուցանիշները պետք է թույլ տան, որ կարողանանք դրանց անդրադառնալ: Այս հարցի հասցեատերն ավելի շուտ ԿԲ-ն է: Գնաճի զսպման հարցը ԿԲ-ի տիրույթում է»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե նման սոցիալական պայմաններում, երբ գներն աճում են, կենսաթոշակները՝ ոչ, որքանո՞վ են արդարացված պարգեւավճարները, թանկարժեք մեքենաների գնումները, էկզոտիկ երկրներ գործուղումները, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Ես Հնդկաստան էի մեկնել: Երբ խոսում ենք ռեֆորմների մասին, չի կարող տեղի ունենալ ռեֆորմ եւ դա հեծանիվ հորինելով անել: Պետք է նայել միջազգային փորձը, պետք է ունենալ այլ երկրների հետ նախարարությունների մակարդակով համագործակցություն, համաձայնագրեր: Եթե մենք փակվենք մեր քարանձավում եւ այնտեղից դուրս չգանք, մենք աշխարհից հետ կընկնենք եւ կդառնանք ուշացած ազգ: Ինչ վերաբերում է պատգամավորների պարգեւավճարներին, նաեւ ԱԺ-ի արդյունավետ աշխատանքի արդյունքում է հնարավոր փոփոխություններ իրականացնել: Իսկ պատգամավորների աշխատանքի գնահատականը թող տան ընտրողները»:
