Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է «Ոսկե ծիրան» 19-րդ միջազգային կինոփառատոնի մասնակիցներին՝ օսկարակիր ռեժիսոր, սցենարիստ Թերի Ջորջին, փառատոնի պատվավոր հյուր, օսկարակիր ռեժիսոր և սցենարիստ Կոստա-Գավրասին, դերասան, ռեժիսոր, սցենարիստ Մայքլ Գյուրջյանին և գրող, հումանիստ, ակտիվիստ Միրզա Դինայիին՝ «Ոսկե ծիրան»-ի հիմնադիր Հարություն Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը և «Ոսկե ծիրան»-ի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար ու գործադիր տնօրեն Կարեն Ավետիսյանը:
Վարչապետը ողջունել է կինոաշխարհի հեղինակավոր ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությունը մեր երկրում անցկացվող մշակութային նշանակալի իրադարձությանը, որը նպաստում է կինոարդյունաբերության զարգացմանը, մասնագիտական շփումների ակտիվացմանն ու փորձի փոխանակմանը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ կինոարտադրության զարգացումը կարևոր է ոչ միայն մշակույթի, այլև կրթության, գիտության, տեխնոլոգիաների համար, և Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է ոչ միայն տեղական, այլև միջազգային մակարդակով հաղորդակից լինել այդ գործընթացին:
Հարություն Խաչատրյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ կառավարության օժանդակությունը կինոփառատոնի անցկացմանը և մանրամասներ ներկայացրել դրա ընթացքի վերաբերյալ: «Ոսկե ծիրան» 19-րդ միջազգային կինոփառատոնի մասնակիցներն էլ երախտագիտություն են հայտնել միջոցառմանը մասնակցելու հրավերի համար և կիսվել տպավորություններով՝ ընդգծելով, որ վայելում են իրենց ժամանակը Հայաստանում:
Հանդիպմանը մտքեր են փոխանակվել կինեմատոգրաֆիայի զարգացման միտումների ու հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ: Քննարկվել են այս ոլորտում ներդրվող ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ կիրառմանը, կինոշուկայի, որակյալ կինոարդյունաբերության զարգացմանը, երիտասարդ մասնագետների խրախուսմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է Կառավարության նախաձեռնած բարեփոխումները մշակույթի ու կրթության բնագավառներում, որոնց նպատակը որակական փոփոխություններն են, զարգացման միտված արժեհամակարգի և միջավայրի ձևավորումը:
