Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական նամակ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ Ազգային տոնի առթիվ: Նամակում նշված է.
«Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ, թանկագին Էմանուել,
Հայ ժողովրդի և անձամբ իմ անունից սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ՝ խաղաղության, զարգացման և բարգավաճման լավագույն մաղթանքներ հղելով բարեկամ ու եղբայրական Ֆրանսիային և ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդին։
Ազգային միասնության այս օրը՝ հուլիսի 14-ը, լավագույնս է խորհրդանշում Ֆրանսիայի ու ֆրանսիացիների անցած բարդ ու փորձություններով լի ճանապարհը՝ հանուն արդարության և համամարդկային արժեքների հաղթանակի, հանուն արժանապատիվ և լուսավոր ապագայի։
Մենք բարձր են գնահատում Ֆրանսիայի հետ առանձնաշնորհյալ բարեկամությունը՝ հիմնված հազարամյակի պատմություն ունեցող հայ-ֆրանսիական հարուստ շփումների, ինչպես նաև քաղաքակրթական ու արժեքային ամուր հիմքի վրա։ Ուրախ ենք արձանագրել, որ հայ-ֆրանսիական բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական երկխոսությանը զուգահեռ գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև տնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդման ու զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ Այս համատեքստում հատկապես կարևորում ենք նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին ստորագրված՝ Հայ-ֆրանսիական տնտեսական համագործակցության 2021-2026 թվականների ճանապարհային քարտեզի դրույթների հետևողական իրականացումը, ինչպես նաև այս տարվա մարտ ամսին Ձեր նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպված «Հավակնություններ. Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա» համաժողովի գրանցած հաջողության շարունակականության ապահովումը։
Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում Ֆրանսիայի՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահի դերը և ներգրավվածությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման և արդարացի լուծման գործընթացում։
Այս կապակցությամբ վերահաստատում եմ Հայաստանի վճռական հանձնառությունը՝ հասնել հիմնահարցի խաղաղ ու տևական կարգավորմանը։
Մեծարգո նախագահ,
Օգտվելով առիթից՝ շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Եվրոպական միությունում Ֆրանսիայի նախագահությունը պատվով իրականացնելու ու հաջողությամբ ավարտին հասցնելու կապակցությամբ։ Վստահ եմ՝ Ֆրանսիան ապագայում ևս կշարունակի կարևոր դերակատարում ունենալ աշխարհաքաղաքական ցնցումներով լի այս դժվարին ժամանակաշրջանում ի հայտ եկած բոլոր մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման հարցում՝ հօգուտ միջազգային համերաշխության ու համընդհանուր բարօրության։
Վերստին շնորհավորելով Ֆրանսիայի համար այս նվիրական տոնի առթիվ՝ վերահաստատում եմ իմ և հայ ժողովրդի ցանկությունը առաջիկայում հյուրընկալել Ձեզ Հայաստանում՝ պետական այցով:
