Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու իրական պատճառը

Ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը արդեն երկու ամսից ավել է գտնվում է կալանքի տակ և աննախադեպ բռնաճնշումների է ենթարկվում գործող վարչախմբի կողմից։
Հարցի պատասխանը, ինքը՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է տվել «Օրագրին» տված բացառիկ հարցազրույցում։ Նրա խոսքով, եթե դա այնքան ակնհայտ չէր նախկինում, ապա վերջին բաց դատական նիստից հետո, երբ գործի հանգամանքները բացահայտվեցին հանրության համար, իսկ դատավորը օրենքի տառին ակնհայտ հակառակ որոշում ընդունեց, այլևս կասկած չմնաց, որ գործող իշխանությունը, չարաշահելով իրավապահ համակարգի նկատմամբ իր միացյալ վերահսկողությունը, պարզապես պատանդ է պահում իրեն։ Չալաբյանի խոսքով, երկու ենթադրություն ունի, որ այդ հանգամանքը կապված է երկու հիմնական գործոնների հետ։
«Առաջինը՝ դեռ այն տարիներին, երբ ես աշխատում էի արտերկրում, իսկ Հայաստանում՝ սկսած 2014 թվականից, սկսեցինք բանակի ամրապնդմանն ուղղված հասարակական գործողություններ իրականացնել, ենթադրաբար հայտնվեցի Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների ուշադրության տակ: Դեռ այն ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը պարբերաբար բողոքներ էր գրում մեր ընկերության միջազգային կենտրոնակայանին՝ պահանջելով ինձ պաշտոնազրկել։ Այն պահից սկսած, երբ տեղափոխվեցի Հայաստան ոչ միայն իմ հասարակական, այլև մասնագիտական գործունեությանը նվիրեցի բանակի և Արցախի պաշտպանական համակարգի ամրապնդմանը»,- նշում է Չալաբյանը՝ հավելելով, թե իր գործունեությունը սկսել է ակնհայտորեն նյարդայնացնել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը։
Ուստի չի բացառվում, որ այս մասով կա որոշակի ճնշում Հայաստանի վրա, իսկ գործող իշխանությունների համար դա պատեհ առիթ է, փորձելով սահմանափակել իր հանրային գործունեության այն մասը, որում իրոք ուղիղ վտանգ են տեսնում իրենց համար։
Երկրորդը, ըստ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի, իշխանական պրոպագանդան փորձում է սեփական գոյության երկարակեցությունը հիմնավորել նախկինների հետ հակադրությամբ և նրա տարբեր անդամների սևացմամբ` փորձում է հանրությանը համոզել, թե ամբողջ պայքարը նախկին թալանածը պահելու համար է, իսկ երբ հրապարակ են գալիս նոր գործիչներ, որոնք նախորդ իշխանությունների գործունեությանը անմիջականորեն չեն առնչվել և նրանց բացթողումների համար որևէ պատասխանատվություն չեն կրում, միանգամից սկսում են ընդգծված վտանգ ներկայացնել գործող իշխանությունների համար, քանի որ ընդունակ են հօդս ցնդեցնել նրանց կողմից հնարած նախկիններ և ներկաներ կեղծ պարտադրանքը և որակյալ, իրական և գրավիչ այլընտրանք առաջարկել հասարակությանը։
Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կարծում է, որ իր դեպքում համընկել են հենց այս երկու գործոնները և, որոնք էլ պատճառ են դարձել, որպեսզի իր դեմ իսկական հետապնդում սկսվի։
