Ջրվեժում 2 անձի դանակահարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է 19-ամյա երիտասարդ. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են վարութային և քննչական գործողություններ՝ Երևանի Ջրվեժ թաղամասում երկու անձի դանակահարության դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Հիշյալ դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգերը ստացվել են 2022թ. հուլիսի 14-ին՝ ժամը 02:03-ին և 04:35-ին, ըստ որոնց Երևանի 35-ամյա բնակիչը՝ «թիկունքի գոտկային շրջանի որովայնի և գլխի շրջանի բազմաթիվ կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» և Երևանի 40-ամյա բնակիչը՝ «ծոծրակային կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշումներով, տեղափոխվել են «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքերի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել են քրեական վարույթներ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ անձինք նշված մարմնական վնասվածքները ստացել են Ջրվեժում գտնվող խանութի մոտ՝ վիճաբանության ընթացքում: Նկատի ունենալով, որ միմյանց հետ փաստական հանգամանքներով կապված քրեական վարույթներով առկա է պատշաճ և համակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտություն՝ որոշում է կայացվել նշված քրեական վարույթները միացնելու մասին:
Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, կատարվել են զննություններ, առգրավումներ: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի՝ 2002թ. ծնված բնակիչ է:
Հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա՝ վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
