Բացվել է Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի առաջին հատվածը

«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցք» ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում կայացել է ճանապարհային առաջին հատվածի (Տրանշ 1)` Երեւան-Արտաշատ եւ Երեւան-Աշտարակ հատվածների երկկողմանի երթեւեկության բացումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, Հյուսիս-հարավ ծրագրի Տրանշ 1-ի ընդհանուր ֆինանսավորման գումարը կազմում է 70 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այն իրականացվել է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի վարկային միջոցներով եւ ՀՀ համաֆինանսավորմամբ:
ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկա է գտնվել Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի առաջին հատվածի բացման արարողությանը: «Հյուսիս-հարավ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Սարգսյանի գնահատմամբ, ճանապարհը միջազգային մակարդակի է եւ կունենա ավելի քան 30 տարվա կյանք: Ինչ վերաբերում է մի շարք անձանց քննադատություններին, որ Վրաստանում նմանատիպ ավտոճանապարհն ավելի լավն է եւ վարելիս ձայն չի գալիս, Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ որակի առումով որեւէ տարբերություն չկա, իսկ ճանապարհից ձայն գալիս է, քանի որ կարերը դեռեւս լիովն չեն ինտեգրվել:
«Վրաստանի մայրուղին կառուցել են 7 տարի առաջ եւ բնական է, որ այս ընթացքում ավտոճանապարհի կարերը լիովին ինտեգրվել են, եւ դա է պատճառը, որ ձայն չի գալիս: Մեր մայրուղին նոր է եւ ժամանակ է հարկավոր դրա համար: Ինչ վերաբերում է որակին, ապա այն բարձրակարգ է»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը:
Հայաստանի գործարարների միության նախագահ Արսեն Ղազարյանն էլ շեշտում է, որ ավտոմայրուղին կնպաստի ոչ միայն բիզնեսի զարգացմանը, այլեւ Հայաստանը կդարձնի եվրոպական չափանիշներով տարանցիկ պետություն:
«Ճանապարհը կբերի արագություն, ճկունություն, եվրոպական մշակույթ: Այն կնպաստի ոչ միայն բիզնեսի զարգացմանը, այլեւ Հայաստանը կդարձնի տարանցիկ ֆունկցիա իրականացնող երկիր»,- ասաց Արսեն Ղազարյանը:
Երեւան-Աշտարակ վերանորոգված հատվածի երկարությունը 11,4 կմ է, իսկ Երեւան-Արտաշատինը` 19,6կմ: Ամբողջությամբ նորացվել է գոյություն ունեցող ծածկը, արդիականացվել են ենթակառուցվածքները, ճանապարհային կահավորումը: Այս ծրագրի շրջանակում լայնացվել է ճանապարհի երթեւեկելի մասը` 4 շարքից հասնելով 6-ի: Տեղադրվել են ջրահեռացման առուներ, նորացվել եւ կարգավորվել են ճանապարհային նշաններն ու կահավորումը:
