Ամերիկյան քաղաքականությունը տարածաշրջանում մնում է անփոփոխ՝ հայ-թուրքական և հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների ամբողջական կարգավորում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը` անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ Կենտրոնական հետախուզական վարչության ղեկավար Ուիլյամ Բըրնսի այցին:

«Ուիլիամ Բըրնսի այցի մասին

Ամերիկյան քաղաքականությունը տարածաշրջանում մնում է անփոփոխ՝ հայ-թուրքական և հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների ամբողջական կարգավորում: Այս առումով ԿՀԳ գործընկերը ԱԱԾ-ն չէ, այլ ԱԽՔ-ն է, քանի որ հայ-ադրբեջանական «հաշտեցման» մի գիծը Գրիգորյանն է տանում՝ Հաջիևի հետ (կարծում եմ դրա համար էր ԱԱԾ-ն ասում, որ իրենք այցից տեղակ չեն: Բնականաբար տեղյակ էին, բայց հասցեատերը իրենք չէին:)

Վստահ եմ այցի օրակարգն ամերիկյան է: Մենք օրակարգ չունենք:

Իսկ մեր տարածաշրջանում Գործակալության հիմնական թիրախներն են Իրանը և Ռուսաստանը: Բայց այս ժամանակահատվածում՝ Ռուսաստանը և Մոսկվային Հարավային Կովկասից հանելը (դրա համար էլ Իրանում կարծես հանգիստ են): Համարվում է, որ ռուսական ռազմական ներկայությունը Հայաստանում և Արցախում խանգարում է հայ-թուրքական և հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների վերջնական կարգավորմանը (ի դեպ դրանով էլ կարելի է բացատրել, որ այցի մասին տեղեկությունները հանրայնացվեցին ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ով):

Այս տեսանկյունից կարևոր է հասկանալ նաև, թե Բըրնսը որտեղից է եկել Երևան և ուր է ուղևորվել Երևանից:

ԿՀԳ համար մեր տարածաշրջանում առավել կարևոր պետութուններ են Վրաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը: Ի դեպ, ԿՀԳ նախկին ղեկավար Հասպելը ժամանակին ղեկավարել է Ադրբեջանում տեղակայված ԿՀԳ կայանը:

Նորից ասեմ: Քանի կա հայ-թուրքական և հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթաց, Վաշինգտոնն ակտիվ է լինելու: Քի Վեստը, ֆուտբոլային դիվանագիտությունը ձեզ օրինակ:

Հ.Գ. Ի դեպ, սա ԿՀԳ տնօրենի առաջին հանդիպումը չէ Հայաստանի ղեկավարի հետ: Դեռևս 1994թ. Հայաստանի նախագահն իր կեցավայրում ընդունել էր ԿՀԳ տնօրենին: Այդ ժամանակ ԿՀԳ ղեկավարությունը մեզ դիմել էր Մերձավոր Արևելքում իրենց մի շատ կոնկրետ հարցով աջակցելու խնդրանքով»,- գրել է նա:
