«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի քրեական գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին։ Այս փաստն արդեն ինքնին վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անելու են Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանքը երկարաձգելու, ինչպես նաև նրան տևական ազատազրկման դատապարտելու համար։

Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը ոչ միայն փաշինյանական ռեժիմի, այլ նաև նախկինների օրոք ամենահայտնի և վարկաբեկված դատավորն էր։ Նա է քննել բազմաթիվ աղմկահարույց գործեր թե՛ մարտի 1-ով, թե՛ քաղաքական այլ գործիչների դեմ։

2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո թվում էր, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ի վերջո դատական բարեփոխում կիրականացնեն և համակարգից դուրս կնետեն վարկաբեկված և արդարադատությունը ոտատակ տված մնացականմարտիրոսյաններին։

Դատական համակարգում ամենացածր վարկանիշ ունեցող դատավորներից մեկը, սակայն, դարձել է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի սրտի դատավորը։ Հենց նա էր քննում և մերժում Արցախի հերոս Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանների կալանքը փոխելու միջնորդությունները, նա է քննում նախկին Գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի գործը։

Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի դատախազությամբ դատական առաջին նիստի ժամանակ հանկարծամահ եղավ պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանը և այժմ էլ, հենց Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին են հանձնել «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործը։ Սա ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ Չալաբյանի դեմ հանիրավի, կեղծ քրեական արշավ է իրականացվում, սակայն իշխանությունները մտադիր են արդարադատությունը ոտնատակ տալու ճանապարհով, ամեն գնով ազատազրկման դատապարտել նրան։

Ի վերջո, առաջիկայում քրեական այս գործը գնալու է դատարան, որտեղ էլ պարզ է լինելու, որ հասարակական-քաղաքական գործչի դեմ ընդամենը կեղծ մեղադրանքներով և մեկ հոգու կեղծ ցուցմունքով քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվելու, քրեական գործը փլվելու է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի գլխին, սակայն գործող իշխանությունները կարծես սկսել են իմունիտետ ձեռք բերել և թքած ունեն հանրության կարծիքին, նրանց համար առավել կարևորություն է ներկայացնում իրենց քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին կալանքի տակ պահելու իրենց մոլուցքը։
