SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում ձերբակալվել են 2 քաղաքացի:  

Հուլիսի 16-ին՝ ժամը 12:10-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի գումարտակներից մեկի կրտսեր պարեկ Մ.Մ-ն, պարեկ Գ.Մ.-ի հետ, Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանում ծառայություն կատարելիս են եղել:  

Այդ պահին նրանք նկատել են, որ Նուբարաշենի 7-րդ և 9-րդ փողոցների խաչմերուկում երթևեկությունը ծանրաբեռնված է ու որոշել են կարգավորել երթևեկությունը:   Այդ ժամանակ քաղաքացիներից մեկը սկսել է վիճաբանել պարեկների հետ, չի ենթարկվել նրանց օրինական պահանջին ու մի քանի անգամ պարեկների հասցեին հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել:  

Պարեկները մի քանի անգամ այդ քաղաքացուն հորդորել են հարգալից վերաբերվել հասարակության և իրենց նկատմամբ, սակայն քաղաքացին շարունակել է հայհոյանքներ տալ: Նրան հանդարտեցնելու համար պարեկները օրենքով սահմանված կարգով արցուքաբեր գազ են կիրառել:   Այդ ժամանակ վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է զինվորական համազգեստով մի քաղաքացի, ով հարձակվել է պարեկ Մ.Մ.-ի վրա, ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք:  

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով, պարեկները՝ այլ ելք չունենալով, որ արցունքաբեր գազն անգամ չի հանդարտեցնում նրանց, Մ.Մ.-ն՝ իր անվամբ հաշվառված հրազենից դեպի երկինք մեկ նախազգուշական կրակոց է արձակել ու արդեն դեպքի վայր ժամանած լրացուցիչ օգնական ուժերի հետ զինվորական համազգեստով այդ քաղաքացուն վնասազերծել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժանմունք:  

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ նա Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 19-ամյա Ա. Օ.-ն է:   Որոշ ժամանակ անց, ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի, ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ համագործակցելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ռազմական ոստիկանության Երևանի կայազորի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների հետ, այնուհետեւ համագործակցելով ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության ծառայողների հետ, պարզել են, վիճաբանության մյուս մասնակցի ինքնությունը: Կատարված բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում վերջինս ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Նուբարաշենի բաժանմունք:  

Նա նույնպես Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ է, 27-ամյա Տ.Խ.-ն:   Ա.Օ.-ն և Տ.Խ.-ն ոստիկանների կողմից ներկայացբվել են Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ էլ քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել են:
