Այսօր Երևանում վերջին հրաժեշտը տվեցին քաղբանտարկյալ Արմեն Գրիգորյանին: Ըստ դիահերձման արդյունքների՝ պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանի մահվան պատճառը եղել է գլխուղեղի կաթվածը: Գրիգորյանի մտերիմները պնդում են, որ պրոդյուսերն առողջական խնդիրներ չի ունեցել, որոնք կարող էին մահվան պատճառ դառնալ:
Որոշ ՀԿ-ներ և հասարակական-քաղաքական ուժեր էլ հայտարարություն են տարածել, որտեղ ասվում է, որ Գրիգորյանի մահը կանխամտածված գործողությունների հետևանք է, որն, ըստ էության, սպանություն է: Որ պարտադիր չէ, որ սպանությունը իրականացվի բռնի ֆիզիկական գործողություններով. ըստ ՀՀ նոր Քրեական օրենսգրքի 450 հոդվածի՝ սպանություն է նաև ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանքներ պատճառելու միջոցով մահվան հասցնելը:
Մնում է հասկանալ՝ վերոնշյալներից ո՞վ է իշխանությունների ցուցակում հաջորդը: Հաշվի առնելով նրանց մոլեռանդությունը՝ հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին հնարավորինս երկար անազատության մեջ պահելու հարցում, վստահորեն կարող ենք փաստել, որ Չալաբյանի կյանքը լուրջ վտանգի տակ է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս քաղբանտարկյալ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը լրատվականներից մեկին բացառիկ հարցազրույց էր տվել, որտեղ նշում էր, որ իշխանությունն իրեն պատանդ է պահում, որ գործող իշխանություններն առանձնահատուկ դաժանությամբ և ցինիզմով փորձում են իրականացնել իր հետապնդումը։ Դրանով հանդերձ՝ Չալաբյանը համոզված է, որ դա իրենց սպասած արդյունքին չի բերելու, և իր հանդեպ գործած ամեն ապօրինի քայլ միայն ավելացնելու է հետագայում դրա մեղավորների պատասխանատվության աստիճանը:
