Ընդամենը 10 օրվա ընթացքում Հայաստան ժամանեցին Իրանի ազգային անվտանգության գերագույն խորհրդի քարտուղար Ալի Շամխանին, ԱՄՆ Կենտրոնական հետախուզական վարչության ղեկավար Ուիլ յամ Բըրնսը, երեկ էլ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության տնօրեն Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը: Ինչի՞ մասին են խոսում այս այցերը: Քաղաքագետ Ալեն Ղևոնդյանն ասում է, որ ուժային բևեռները, բանակցելով ու մրցակցելով, փորձում են նոր բալանս հաստատել Հարավային Կովկասում:
«Աշխարհը նոր կարգի ձևավորման փուլում է, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ գլոբալ ու ռեգիոնալ ուժային բալանսի ռեստարտի իրավիճակ է: Նշենք, որ դրա գլոբալ մեկնարկը փաստացի տրվեց ռուս-ուկրաինական ճգնաժամով: Ներկայում աշխարհի ամենատարբեր ռեգիոններում ուժերի վերահաստատման ու փոփոխության գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում, իսկ Հվ. Կովկասում այդ պրոցեսը մեկնարկեց 44-օրյա պատերազմով: Այսօր նշյալ ռեգիոնում դեռևս ուժային որևէ բալանս ու ստատուս քվո չի հաստատվել, միաժամանակ գլոբալ ու ռեգիոնալ ուժային բևեռները մեծ ինտենսիվությամբ լծվել են ռեգիոնի համար մրցակցության»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղաքագետը՝ հավելելով, որ այս կոնտեքստում է պետք դիտարկել նմանօրինակ կարճ ժամանակում Իրանի ԱԱԳԽ-ի, ապա ԱՄՆ ԿՀՎ-ի և հիմա էլ՝ նաև ՌԴ ԱՀԾ-ի ղեկավարների այցերը ՀՀ:
«Ավելին, նույն տրամաբանության մեջ է տեղավորվելու նաև ՌԴ-ի ղեկավարի՝ Իրան նախատեսվող այցը, որտեղ սպասվում է նաև հանդիպում Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռ. Թ. Էրդողանի հետ: Ունենք մի վիճակ, երբ ուժային բևեռները, բանակցելով ու մրցակցելով, փորձում են նոր բալանս հաստատել Հվ. Կովկասում, որի հիմնական կետերը լինելու են ՀՀ-ի կողմնորոշման ապագան և ռեգիոնում Ադրբեջանի նոր կարգավիճակը, հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները և ՌԴ-ի դերակատարումը ռեգիոնում, հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման իրատեսականությունը, ինչպես նաև Իրանի նոր հավակնությունների իրացման հնարավորությունը և Էրդողանի՝ նեոօսմանիստական Թուրքիայի ապագան»,-ասաց Ղևոնդյանը:
