Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը բարվոք վիճակում է` հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում և աշխարհում տիրող իրավիճակը: Այս մասին ՀՀ կառավարությունում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: «Չի կարող այնպես պատահել, որ աշխարհում լինեն նման գործընթացներ, և Հայաստանը, որը գազ չունի, նավթ չունի, դեպի ծով ե լք չունի, շրջափակված է Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից, լինի տնտեսական արտոնյալ վիճակում: Դա չի կարող լինել: Քննատադելու համար պետք է լինեն հիմնավորումներ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց վարչապետը:

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը բաց է բոլորի համար: «Մենք պատրաստ ենք բոլորի հետ քննարկել մեր ապագա ծրագրերը: Կառավարության անդամները, նախարարները պարբերաբար ներկայացնում են այն ծրագրերը, այն տեսլականը, որը մենք ունենք, որոնք պատրաստ ենք քննարկել: Եվ եթե կան իսկապես ողջամիտ առաջարկներ, մենք պատրաստ ենք քննարկել դրանք: Եթե կան հիմնավոր քննադատություններ, մենք պատրաստ ենք տալ պարզաբանում»,- հավելեց վարչապետը:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նաև նշեց, որ չի եղել 2015թ. պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված ծրագիր, որը կրճատվել է: Դիտարկմանը, թե պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված 4.1 տոկոս տնտեսական աճը չի ստացվում իրականացնել, ՀՀ վարչապետն ասաց. «Չի ստացվում` ելնելով տարածաշրջանում և աշխարհում ստեղծված իրավիճակից: Բայց մենք 3 տոկոսին մոտ աճ ունենալու ենք, միգուցե մի քիչ էլ ավելի: Բայց, իհարկե, դա չի փոխում մեր ժողովրդին բարեկեցիկ կյանքով ապահովելու խնդիրը: Մենք պետք է կարողանանք հասնել տնտեսական աճի այն մակարդակին, որին մենք ձգտում ենք, սակայն այսօրվա իրողությունները թույլ չեն տալիս, չկա այդ հնարավորությունը: Եթե որևէ մեկը լիներ կառավարության ղեկավար, ոչինչ չէր փոխելու»:
