SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տևական ժամանակ է՝ ՀՀ օրակարգում առաջնային թեմաներից է համարվում հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների հարցը։ Խոսվում է հայ-թուրքական սահմանի բացման մասին, որի շուրջ կարծես թե արդեն նախնական պայմանավորվածություն կա, և, ինչպես հայտնի է, այն առայժմ բացվելու է երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար։ Այս ամենին զուգահեռ, դեռ անցած տարեվերջին կառավարության որոշմամբ հանվեց թուրքական ապրանքների ներմուծման էմբարգոն, ինչից հետո փաստացի Հայաստանում ակտիվ տեմպերով մեծացել է թուրքական ապրանքների «ներկայությունը»։
Ըստ պաշտոնական վիճակագրության, 2022 թվականի միայն առաջին 5 ամիսներին Թուրքիայից ներմուծվել է մոտ 76 մլն դոլարի ապրանք։ Այսինքն, այդքան գումար Հայաստանից հոսել է Թուրքիա: Մասնավորաբար, հունվարին ներմուծվել է 8 միլիոնի, փետրվարին՝ 14,9 միլիոնի, մարտին՝ 18,2 միլիոնի, ապրիլին՝ 17,9 միլիոնի, և մայիսին՝ 17,4 մլն դոլարի ապրանք։ Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ, 2021 թվականի նույն 5 ամիսներին, այսինքն, էմբարգոյի շրջանում, Թուրքիայից մեր երկիր է ներմուծվել 7,6 մլն դոլարի ապրանք: Այսինքն, Թուրքիայից ներմուծման ծավալներն աճել են 10 անգամ։
Մասնագետները փաստում են, որ ներկայում թուրքական ապրանքների ներմուծմամբ զբաղվողները մոտենում են նախքան սահմանափակումներն իրենց ներմուծման ծավալներին: Ի դեպ, անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ Հայաստանից Թուրքիա արտահանումը նախկինի պես մնում է «լումաների» մակարդակի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ թուրքական ապրանքների ներկրման արգելքը սահմանվել էր 2021 թ. հունվարի 1-ից՝ «հաշվի առնելով քանիցս հաստատված փաստերը, ըստ որոնց, Թուրքիան բացահայտորեն աջակցում ու սատարում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմական և ահաբեկչական գործողությունները»: Այնուհետ 2021թ.-ի հունիսի 24-ին էմբարգոյի ժամկետը երկարաձգվեց ևս 6 ամսով՝ մինչև 2022 թ. հունվարի 1-ը:
