Վիճաբանություն և մարմնական վնասվածքներ. ոստիկանության բացահայտումը

Հուլիսի 18-ին, ժամը 00.53-ին, հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանություն հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ որովայնի և գոտկային հատվածի կտրած-ծակած վերքերով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 52 տարեկան տղամարդ: Ժամը 02.45-ին նույն հիվանդանոցից երկրորդ հաղորդումն է ստացվել. կտրած-ծակած վերքերով բուժօգնության էր տեղափոխվել 52-ամյա տղամարդ: Հիվանդանոց էր մեկնել օպերատիվ-քննչական խումբ: Ըստ բժշկի տեղեկանքի՝ նրանք ի վիճակի չէին բացատրություն տալու: Ժամը 06.09-ին հիվանդանոցից հաջորդ հաղորդումն է ստացվել. կտրած-պատռած վերքով բուժօգնության էր տեղափոխվել 52-ամյա ևս մեկ տղամարդ:
Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկած միջոցառումներով պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածները վնասվածքները ստացել են Նոր Նորքի 4-րդ զանգվածում: Հուլիսի 17-ին, ժամը 23.00-ի սահմաններում, Թևոսյան փողոցի արտադրամասի բակում վիճաբանություն էր եղել հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածների, 27-ամյա երիտասարդի և այլ անձանց միջև։ Վիճաբանության ընթացքում էլ 27-ամյա երիտասարդը կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ էր հասցրել 52-ամյա երեք տղամարդկանց՝ պատճառելով վնասվածքներ: Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողների բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ 27-ամյա երիտասարդը ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին, ապա ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմնին, տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք ու ձերբակալվել: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ միջադեպի մյուս մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
