«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումների ֆոնին Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի բաժնետոմսերը, ըստ փորձագիտական շրջանակների, կասկածելի ճանապարհով ձեռք բերած գործարար Ռոման Տրոցենկոյին պատկանող «Գեոպրոմայնինգ» ընկերությունը՝ ի դեմս տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլիի, կարծես լուրջ խնդիրներ է առաջացնում ՀՀ կառավարության հանդեպ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման հետ կապված:
Ինչպես փոխանցում են մեր աղբյուրները, որպես գործ չանելու պատճառաբանություն, պղնձամոլիբդենայինի տնօրինությունը երկու հիմնական հիմնավորում է առաջ բերում՝ պղնձի գնի անկումը միջազգային շուկաներում և միջոցների սակավությունը՝ ռուսական և անձամբ Տրոցենկոյի կապիտալի տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումների հետ կապված:
«Փաստին» տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ իրավիճակի հնարավոր լուծման համար որպես նախապայման Տրոցենկոյի լոբբինգով զբաղվող երկու հայ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա շուրջ մեկ ամիս առաջ փորձել են «հող շոշափել» կառավարության համապատասխան մակարդակներում՝ Զանգեզուրի կոմբինատին «հանքանյութի ընտրողական կորզում» թույլատրելու վերաբերյալ: Այդ պաշտոնյաներն ասել են, թե «Գեոպրոմայնինգը» նախազգուշացնում է, որ չթույլատրելու դեպքում ստեղծված ֆինանսատնտեսական իրավիճակը գնահատվելու է որպես ֆորսմաժորային, և ոչ մի խոստացված նախագիծ չի իրականացվելու. չի լինելու ո՛չ պղնձաձուլարան, ո՛չ ատոմակայան, ո՛չ էլ էկոլոգիական և պոչամբարի հետ կապված խնդիրների որևէ լուծում:
Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, չնայած ակնհայտ շանտաժին՝ կառավարությունում գիտակցում են հանքից «յուղոտ կտորները» մի քանի տարում պոկելու հետևանքները և չեն ուզում գնալ նման գործարքի: Ավելին, պարզ է, որ հանքանյութի ընտրողական կորզումը հանքարդյունաբերության քաղաքականության առումով քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում՝ ներառյալ Ռուսաստանում, համարվում է սպառնալիք ազգային անվտանգությանը:
Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, «Տրոցենկոյենք ուզում են հեշտությամբ կորզել հարուստ հատվածներում գտնվող պղինձը և ստանալ գերշահույթ: Բայց իշխանությունը պարտավոր է գիտակցել, որ դա կբերի հանքի աղքատացմանը և վաղաժամ փակմանը, քանի որ այդպիսով հանքը կկորցնի արդյունաբերական արժեքը: Ուստի՝ նման գործարք կարող է լինել միայն զուտ քաղաքական շատ կասկածելի որոշման արդյունքում»:
