Չավուշօղլուն՝ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասին

Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն հարցազրույց է տվել պետական «TRT»-ին՝ անդրադառնալով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի ներկա փուլին:

Թեմայի վերաբերյալ լրագրողի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Չավուշօղլուն նախ հիշեցրել է վերջերս տեղի ունեցած Էրդողան-Փաշինյան հեռախոսազրույցի մասին՝ ասելով, որ դրա ընթացքում իրենց նախագահը ներկայացրել է թուրքական կողմի տեսակետները:

Ապա նշել է, որ շարունակվում է վստահությունը բարձրացնող քայլերի իրականացումը՝ շեշտելով, որ «Թուրքիան որպես մեծ պետություն ավելի շատ ժեստեր է անում և դա բնական է»:

Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարը անդրադարձել է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան բանակցություններին՝ մանրամասնելով, որ դրանց ընթացքում համաձայնեցվել են սահմանային համատեղ հանձնաժողովի, Ադրբեջանի առաջարկած խաղաղության պայմանագրի ու «Զանգեզուրի նախագծի» հետ կապված հարցեր:

Այս համատեքստում Չավոշօղլուն առևտրի տեսանկյունից մեծապես կարևոր է համարել Միջին միջանցքը:

Գալով կարգավորման համար իրենց տեսանկյունից անհրաժեշտ կոնկրետ քայլերին՝ թուրք նախարարը խոսել է իրենց կողմից Հայաստանից ակնկալվող քայլերի մասին.

«Մինչև այս պահը ուղեձներ ու հայտարարություններ կան, ճիշտ է ճնշում էլ կա՝ դրսից Սփյուռքը, ներսից՝ ֆանատիկ խմբերը: Սակայն ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ քայլերին, Հայաստանի կողմից այդ կոնկրետ քայլերը դեռևս չենք տեսել՝ ներառյալ Զանգեզուրի նախագիծը, մյուս նախագծերի կամ համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագրի հարցում:

Այսինքն՝ արդեն Փաշինյանի գլխավորած Հայաստանի իշխանությունն այս հարցերում խաղաղության համար դրական քայլեր պետք է անի, խոսքերը բավարար չեն»:

Չավուշօղլուն շեշտել է, հայ-թուրքական գործընթացում Ադրբեջանի կարևորությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ թեև այս գործընթացը երկկողմ մակարդակով է ընթանում, սակայն դա իրականում եռակողմ գործընթաց է, քանի որ իրենք ամեն ինչ Ադրբեջանի հետ համակարգում ենք:

«Դա իրողություն է՝ անկախ նրանից թե հայաստանցիների դուրը գալիս է, թե՝ ոչ. մենք մի ժողովուրդ 2 պետություն ենք:

Այսպիսով՝ եթե տարածաշրջանում պետք է խաղաղություն լինի, սա «մեկ ազգ 2 ժողովուրդ» սկզբունքից անկախ եմ ասում, բոլորը պետք է վճռական քայլ անեն. դրա մեջ նույնիսկ Վրաստանն էլ կա, Միջին Ասիայի երկրների մասին արդեն խոսեցի: Այս ուղղությամբ արվելիք քայլերը բոլորի օգտին են, Հայաստանից էլ այս հարցում կոնկրետ քայլեր ենք սպասում. դա կլինի համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, Զանգեզուրը, կլինեն մեր ուղղությամբ կատարվելիք քայլերը: Կոնկրետ քայլերի ենք սպասում, քանի որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը կայունություն և խաղաղություն են ցանկանում: Հայաստանն էլ պետք է ցույց տա, որ ինքն էլ է դա ցանկանում» եզրափակել է թուրք նախարարը:
