Ավետիք Չալաբյանը շարունակում է պայքարը

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում այսօր մեկնարկում է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դատավարությունը՝ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ։
Չալաբյանը «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից ուղերձ է հղել, որը երեկ հրավիրված ասուլիսում ներկայացրել է նրա կինը՝ Անահիտ Ադամյանը։ Չալաբյանը նշել է, որ արդեն 2,5 ամիս է պատանդի կարգավիճակում է։
«Եթե այս ամենի սկզբում կասկածներ կարող էին լինել կատարողի էության մասին, ապա հիմա փաստերն ակնհայտ են դարձնում իմ և ընտանիքիս հետ տեղի ունեցող հաշվեհարդարը։ Բռնաճնշումներ կան եղբորս՝ Արա Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անմիջական հրահանգով, այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում Արևմտյան կառույցների լուռ հայացքի ներքո»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը։
Նա շեշտել է, որ իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը կեղծ է, կալանքի որոշումը՝ օրենքի խախտումներով։ Այդուհանդերձ ավետիք Չալաբյանը միայն իր սեփական իրավունքների պաշտպանության մասին չէ, որ խոսում է, նա հայտարարել է, թե բռնությունների ալիքը կարող է կանգնեցնել հասարակության միասնական պայքարը՝ սեփական իրավունքների համար։
«Եթե չենք ցանկանում դառնալ Հայաստանում գործող վարչախմբի հերթական զոհը, պետք է մի կողմ թողնել երկմտանքը և անտարբերությունը, միասնաբար պայքարել օրենքի գերակայության հաստատման, իրապես անկախ դատարանների և արդարադատության համար»,- հայտարարել է Չալաբյանը։
Հրաշալի է, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը այս լավատեսությունն ունի, սակայն Հայաստանի հանրությունը վաղուց այլևս գտնվում է ապատիայի մեջ, և միայն կարծր և հասու խոսքը կկարողանա հանրությանը պայքարի նոր ուղի բերել, մինչդեռ ստեղծված իրավիճակում հարկավոր է փաստել, որ հանրությունն առանձնապես հետաքրքրված չէ և միայն հատուկենտ անհատներ, հեղինակություն վայելող անձինք Հայաստանում, Արցախում և սփյուռքում, ոտքի են կանգնում և իրենց խոսքը բարձրացնում թե՛ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի, թե՛ մյուս քաղբանտարկյալների դեպքում։
Ինչևէ, փաստենք, որ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը երկու ամսից ավելի գտնվելով կալանքի տակ դույզն-ինչ չի կոտրվել և շարունակում է իր պայքարը, ինչը հույս է տալիս կարծելու, թե ի վերջո հանրությունը ականջալուր կլինի իրեն ճիշտ ուղու վրա դնող անհատներին, ոտքի կկանգնի և կհեռացնի փաշինյանական վարչախմբին իշխանությունից։
