Էլիզաբեթ Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Նիկոլի «պատերի տակ վնգստացող դատավորներ» արտահայտությունն ամենադիպուկն է բնութագրում իր ժամանակի «արդարադատությունը» և մասնավորապես դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանին:

Բացի այն, որ Արամ Գասպարյանի գործն ամբողջությամբ քաղաքական պատվեր է և որևէ կապ չունի իրավական գործընթացի և արդարադատության հետ, Արամ Գասպարյանի կալանքը նաև անհամատեղելի է նրա աառողջական վիճակի հետ: Այս ամենով հանդերձ Ֆարխոյանը մերժեց Արամի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու միջնորդությունը:

Ֆարխոյան այն դատավորներից է, որոնց համար արդադատադություն, մասնագիտական և մարդկային արժեքներ գոյություն չունեն, կա միայն ու միայն անձնական շահ և դրա դիմաց քաղաքական պատվերի կատարում:

Դա երևում է ոչ միայն Արամ Գասպարյանի գործով որոշումից: Ֆարխոյանի կարծիքով՝ առանձնակի խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող Վահագն Վերմիշյանի խափանման միջոցը չի կարող փոխվել՝ չնայած Վերմիշյանի՝ կալանքի հետ անհամատեղելի առողջական վիճակին, որն ի դեպ, երեկ կտրուկ վատացավ նիստերի դահլիճում: Փոխարենը Վերմիշյանի հետ նույն գործով անցնող Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության նախկին պետը Ջոն Ֆարխոյանի՝ դատավոր Ֆարխոյանի եղբոր խափանման միջոցը փոխելու և գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է:
