Նորզելանդական հեղափոխություն արևային էներգիայի ոլորտում. լավ օրինակ Հայաստանի համար

2021 թվականը աշխարհի ամենազարգացած պետություններից մեկի՝ Նոր Զելանդիայի համար, դարձել է արևային էներգիայի հեղափոխության տարի։ Անցած տարի այդ երկրում էներգառեսուրսների կտրուկ թանկացման պայմաններում բազմաթիվ ձեռնարկությունների էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշիվները աճել են 50-ից 70 տոկոսով, ինչը լուրջ տնտեսական խնդիրներ է հարուցել բիզնեսի և բնակչության համար։
Ըստ էության, հարցը կարողացել են լուծել պետության միջամտության և քաղաքական կամքի շնորհիվ։ Բազմաթիվ ընկերություններ այդ թվում նաև նորզելանդական «Սայթ հոսթ» ընկերությունն անցած տարվա հուլիսին արևային մարտկոցներ և վահանակներ են տեղադրել, որպեսզի ապահովեն իրենց պահանջմունքները։
«Սայթ հոսթ»-ը, օրինակ, հսկայական մարտկոց է տեղադրել, որով կարողացել է ամբողջությամբ անկախ էներգամատակարարում ստանալ իր տվյալների մշակման կենտրոնի համար։
Երկրում գազային հանքավայրերն անցած տարի կտրուկ նվազել են, իսկ երաշտը և լճերում ջրի ցածր մակարդակը թույլ չեն տվել հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններին էլեկտրականություն արտադրել, և գների աճից խուսափել հաջողվել է բացառապես բիզնեսի և քաղաքական իշխանության համագործակցության արդյունքում։
Ընդամենը 1 տարվա ընթացքում հաջողվել է երկրում նախկին մակարդակի բերել էլեկտրականության գծերը, իսկ այժմ բազմաթիվ ձեռնարկություններ օրեցօր ավելի շատ արևային մարտկոցներ և վահանակներ են գնում իրենց համար էներգամատակարարման անխափան հոսք ապահովելու, ինչպես նաև պետության հետ համագործակցելու հարցում։
Փոփոխված օրենսդրության պայմաններում կարելի է ասել, որ արևային էներգիան իսկական տնտեսական հեղափոխություն է արել Նոր Զելանդիայի պես բարձր կենսամակարդակ ունեցող երկրում։
Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ եթե Նոր Զելանդիան կարողացել է ոչ մեծ միջոցների ներդրման շնորհիվ հասնել այսպիսի լուրջ արդյունքների, ապա նույնը կարող է անել ցանկացած այլ երկիր մոլորակի վրա, այդ թվում և առաջին հերթին Հայաստանը։
Իհարկե, մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝«Սոլարոնը», և դեռևս ոչ միայն վաղ է, այլ նաև լուրջ չէ խոսել արևային էներգիայի զարգացման հնարավորությունների մասին, և, փաստացի, միայն բիզնեսի և հաստատությունների ուսերին չէ, որ պետք է թողնել կարևոր այս գործը։ Պետք է պետությունը ինքը շահագրգռված լինի այս արևային էներգիայի զարգացման հարցում։
