Discover24.ru-ն գրում է, որ նորարարական այն մոտեցումը, որը համատեղում է արևային էներգիան և խելացի արտադրությունը, իրականացվել է սնկի արտադրության գործարանում, որը գտնվում է Չժեցզյան արևելյան նահանգի Ցինգյուան կոմսության Լիշույ քաղաքում: Այս մասին հայտնում է չինական CGTN պորտալը։
Ոչ շատ վաղ անցյալում ՉԺՀ-ում սնկային խավիարի արտադրությունը (սննդային ենթաշերտ՝ մշակված ուտելի սնկով) հիմնականում իրականացվում էր տեղի ֆերմերների կողմից, ինչը հանգեցնում էր աշխատուժի հսկայական կորստի, արտադրանքի ցածր որակի և համեմատաբար ցածր բերքատվության:
Այժմ գործարանային նոր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ նկատվում է սնկային խավիարի արտադրության զգալի աճ։ Ավելի քան 30 միլիոն յուանի (մոտ 4,45 միլիոն դոլար) ներդրում է կատարվել Ցինյուան կոմսությունում գտնվող սնկերի գործարանում, և նոր թվային արտադրության գիծը համալրվել է ֆոտոգալվանային համակարգով:
Սնկի արտադրության գործարանի ղեկավար Յե Գաոն նշել է, որ թվային սարքավորումները շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո գործարանի օրական արտադրանքը զգալիորեն աճել է։
«Միևնույն ժամանակ աշխատուժի ծախսերի ավելի քան 30 տոկոսը կրճատվել է, իսկ շահութաբերությունը հասել է հնարավորինս մոտ 100 տոկոսի»:
Բացի այդ 12000 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսով գործարանի շենքի տանիքին տեղադրված արևային մարտկոցները ունակ են արտադրել 3,05 միլիոն կվտ/ժամ էլեկտրաէներգիա՝ տարեկան խնայելով 280,000 յուան (մոտ 41,600 դոլար) էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսեր:
«Որպես հաջորդ քայլ, մենք կշարունակենք սնկի գործարանի էլեկտրիֆիկացումը և մինչև 2025 թվականը կկառուցենք 70 մեգավատ հզորությամբ նոր նմանատիպ կայան՝ խթանելով Ցինյուանում ուտելի սնկերի արդյունաբերության որակյալ զարգացումը», - ասել է նահանգի տեխնիկ Լի Չժիջունը:
