Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հերթական անգամ կոչ է արել մարդկանց հեռանալ Դոնեցկի մարզից, ինչպես նաև ընդգծել է, որ կառավարությունը դրա համար ամեն ինչ կկազմակերպի: Այս մասին հուլիսի 30-ին հայտարարել է երկրի ղեկավարն իր տեսաուղերձում։

«Այնտեղ հարյուր հազարավոր մարդիկ են, տասնյակ հազարավոր երեխաներ։ Շատերը, ովքեր հրաժարվում են հեռանալ, բայց դա, իրոք, պետք է անել, այս որոշումը միևնույն է պետք է ընդունել։ Հավատացեք ինձ»,- ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ։

Նա կոչ է արել ուկրաինացիներին խոսել նրանց հետ, ովքեր գտնվում են Դոնբասի մար-տական գործողությունների գոտում և համոզել նրանց դուրս գալու անհրաժեշտության մեջ:«Դոնեցկի մարզից պարտադիր տարհանման մասին կառավարական որոշում կա։ Ամեն ինչ կազմակերպվում է, ամբողջական ուղեկցում, ամբողջական օգնություն. Պետք է միայն որոշում հենց մարդկանցից։ Գնացեք, մենք կօգնենք»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
