44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ մարտական հերթապահություն կրելու կանոնները խախտելու մեջ մեղադրվող Մատաղիսի զորամասի հրամանատար Սեւակ Աբրահամյանը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նրա փաստաբանը` Հովհաննես Վարդանյանն ասել է, որ իրենք պատրաստվում են նաեւ բողոքարկել նախկին հրամանատարին 2 մասով կալանավորելու դատարանի որոշումը:
«Սեւակ Աբրահամյանը առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել, ինքն իր առջեւ դրված պարտականնությունները կատարել է պատշաճ կերպով ըստ իր հայտնածի, ոը դեռ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը պարտադիր քննության առարկա կդարձնի ու պետք է մանրամասն ուսումնասիրության ենթարկի: Սա առաջին դեպքը չի մեր հանրապետությունում, երբ գործի բնույթը իր հնչեղությամբ, իր նկարագրական մասով կարող է շատերի մոտ ատելություն առաջացնել, թշնամանք, բացասական զգացողություն, բայց անկախ ամեն ինչից պետք է հարգել անմեղության կանխավարկածը, հարգանքով մոտենանք էս ինստիտուտի նկատմամբ ու սպասենք քննության ավարտին, որից հետո նոր պարզ կլինի` պաշտպանյալս մեղավորություն ուներ, թե ոչ»,-ասել է նա:
Փաստաբանը անդրադարձել է Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրությունում նկարագրվող պատերազմի նախորդ օրը տեղի ունեցած միջոցառմանը, որը ՔԿ-ն նկարագրել էր, որպես խնջույք-հացկերույթ:
«Սեպտեմբերի 26-ին երեկոյան ժամին միջոցառում է կազմակերպվել, որը ինչ-որ տեղ ավելի շուտ նպատակ ուներ բարձրացնել սպաների մարտական-բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտը, քաջալերել, կտրել մի փոքր ծառայողական խնդիրներից, բայց էդ ամեն ինչը չի վերախծվել գինարբուքի կամ հարբեցողության, ամեն ինչ վերահսկվել է հենց հրամանատարի կողմից եւ երեկոյան ժամերին միջոցառումը ավարտվել է, իսկ թշնամու հարձակումը եղել է առավոտյան ժամերին»,- ասել է նա:
