Ճապոնիան ներկայացրել է մինչև 79% թափանցիկությամբ արևային մարտկոցներ

Fbm.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ճապոնիայի Տոհոկուի համալսարանի գիտնականները ստեղծել են արևային մարտկոցներ մինչև 79% թափանցիկությամբ, որոնք կընդլայնեն այդ սարքերի կիրառման շրջանակը: Այդ մասին գրել է Nature ամսագիրը։
Գիտնականները ստեղծել են թափանցիկ արևային բջիջներ` օգտագործելով ինդիումի անագի օքսիդը, որը բարձր հաղորդունակություն ունի։ Ինդիումի անագի օքսիդի և վոլֆրամի դիսուլֆիդի ծածկույթի միջև փորձագետները տեղադրել են վոլֆրամի օքսիդի շերտ։
Փորձագետների կարծիքով այդ մեթոդի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել 1000 անգամ բարձրացնել էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը համեմատած այն սարքի հետ, որն ուներ սովորական ինդիում-անագ օքսիդի էլեկտրոդ:
