ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստ Է Ռուսաստանի հետ քննարկելու սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության նոր համակարգը , որը փոխարինելու կգա Ռազմավարական հարձակողական սպառազինություններ-3-ին (ՌՀՍ-3), Մոսկվան պետք Է ցուցաբերի համատեղ աշխատանքի պատրաստակամություն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին ասված Է Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման պայմանագի մասնակից երկրների խորհրդաժողովի բացվելու առթիվ՝ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին հրապարակված հայտարարությունում:

«Այսօր իմ վարչակազմը պատրաստ Է օպերատիվորեն վարելու բանակցություններ սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության նոր համակարգի շուրջը՝ Ռազմավարական հարձակողական սպառազինություններ-3-ի (ՌՀՍ-3) փոխարեն, որի ժամկետը լրանում Է 2026 թվականին: (…) Ռուսաստանը պետք Է ցույց տա, որ պատրաստ Է վերսկսելու աշխատանքն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ միջուկային սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության շուրջ»,- ասված Է հայտարարության մեջ: ԱՄՆ-ը կարծում Է, որ սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության նոր համակարգի քննարկումը պետք Է տեղի ունենա Չինաստանի մասնակցությամբ:

«Չինաստանը նույնպես պատասխանատվություն Է կրում որպես պետություն, որն ունի միջուկային զենք, Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման պայմանագրի շրջանակներում եւ որպես միջուկային հնգյակի անդամ սպառանզինությունների վերահսկողության նոր համակարգի մշակման բանակցություններում, որը փոխարինելու կգա ՌՀՍ-3-ին, ասված Է Բայդենի հայտարարության մեջ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
