Պարեկին 100 դոլար կաշառք են տվել, ձերբակալել է

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում բացահայտվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնատար անձին` պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պարեկին 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք առաջարկելու դեպք: Պարեկներ Հ. Պ.-ն և Ա. Կ.-ն ծառայության ընթացքում` ժամը 01:20-ի սահմաններում, կանգնեցրել են Կ. Մ.-ի վարած ավտոմեքենան և ստուգման ընթացքում պարզել, որ վերջինս ավտոմեքենան վարել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում: Դրանից հետո Կ. Մ.-ն, իր օգտին ապօրինի անգործության, այն է` տրանսպորտային միջոցը ոչ սթափ վիճակում վարելու համար իր նկատմամբ վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն չկազմելու և տրանսպորտային միջոցը պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք չտեղափոխելու համար, պարեկ Հ. Պ.-ին առաջարկել է 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք: Պարեկը չի ընդունել նշված առաջարկը, այլ պաշտոնատար անձին կաշառք առաջարկելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով ձերբակալել է Կ. Մ.-ին և նրան տեղափոխել ոստիկանության բաժին: 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին Կ. Մ.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցանքի կատարման համար:

Նկատի ունենալով վերջին շրջանում հաճախ արձանագրվող` ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցներին կաշառք տալու կամ առաջարկելու դեպքերը, կրկին հիշեցնում ենք, որ ոչ միայն կաշառք տալը, այլ նաև առաջարկելը, համաձայն ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 436-րդ հոդվածի, համարվում է քրեորեն հետապնդելի արարք, որի համար նախատեսված է ընդհուպ մինչև 7 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում, ուստի հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ նման արարքներ կատարելուց և դրսևորել իրավաչափ վարքագիծ:
