Ադրբեջանի պահանջը լեգիտիմ չէ. Արմեն Գրիգորյանը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքն այլ երթուղով փոխարինելու Ադրբեջանի պահանջի մասին

Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը շեշտում է, որ Արցախը Հայաստանի հետ կապող երթևեկությունը Լաչինի միջանցքի փոխարեն այլ երթուղով կազմակերպելու Ադրբեջանի պահանջը լեգիտիմ չէ: Արմեն Գրիգորյանն այս մասին ասել է «Արմենպրես»-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
- Պարոն Գրիգորյան, ԼՂ նախագահը երեկ Անվտանգության խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստում հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատարության միջոցով իրենց պահանջ է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի հետ կապող երթեւեկությունը կազմակերպել այլ երթուղով: Ինչպես կմեկնաբանեք այս հայտարարությունը:
- ՀՀ վարչապետի, ՌԴ նախագահի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ 2020թ. եռակողմ հայտարարության 6-րդ կետում, որտեղ սահմանված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին կապող Լաչինի միջանցքի ստեղծման եւ գործունեության հետ կապված հարցեր՝ սահմանված է հետեւյալը. «Կողմերի (այսինքն՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի) համաձայնեցմամբ առաջիկա երեք տարվա ընթացքում կորոշվի Հայաստանի հետ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կապն ապահովող Լաչինի միջանցքով երթեւեկության նոր երթուղու կառուցման պլանը, ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի հետագա վերատեղաբաշխմամբ՝ այդ երթուղու պահպանության համար»: Այս ընթացքում, իհարկե, այս ուղղությամբ որոշակի աշխատանք կատարվել է, բայց այս պահի դրությամբ համաձայնեցված պլան գոյություն չունի: Համենայնդեպս՝ Հայաստանը որեւէ պլանի համաձայնություն չի տվել, հետեւաբար Ադրբեջանի պահանջը լեգիտիմ չէ:
- Բայց դուք հայտարարել էիք, որ Հայաստանը սկսում է Կոռնիձոր-Տեղ-Մ12 ավտոճանապարհի վերակառուցման աշխատանքները, որը ենթադրվում է, պիտի միանա Լաչինի միջանցքի նոր երթուղուն:
- Այո, այդ շինարարությունն արդեն իսկ սկսվել է, բայց ուշադրություն դարձրեք, որ եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է նոր երթուղու կառուցման պլանի մասին: Նման համաձայնեցված պլան գոյություն չունի: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը արդեն իսկ առաջարկել է եռակողմ ձեւաչափով համաձայնեցնել եւ ստորագրել պլանը եւ համաձայնեցված ժամանակացույցով ու ճանապարհային քարտեզով գնալ առաջ: Դա այն է, ինչ նախատեսված է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ:
