Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կենտրոնի նստավայրում «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստում այսօր հանրային մեղադրող Արմեն Բեգլարյանը միջնորդեց Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հանդեպ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրել գրավը։

Պաշտպանները հայտարարեցին՝ թեեւ որպես խափանման միջոց գրավ կիրառելու հիմքեր չկան, իրենք կհամաձայնեն գրավի կիրառմանը, եթե դատարանն այդպես գտնի։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանքի ժամկետը լրացել էր հուլիսի վերջին, նա այս օրերին ազատության մեջ էր եւ չնայած կալանքի հետեւանքով խորացած առողջական խնդիրներին՝ ներկայանում էր դատական նիստերին։

Թեեւ մեղադրողը միջնորդեց գրավ կիրառել, դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը որոշեց երեք ամսով կալանավորել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին եւ որոշումն ի կատար ածել դատական նիստերի դահլիճից։ Ուշագրավ է, որ մինչեւ որոշման հրապարակումը պաշտպանական կողմը ներկայացրել էր մի շարք անձանց երաշխավորագրեր, այդ թվում՝ նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, Արցախի նախագահի, Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահի, Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդի, հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչների, բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից։

«Ձեր որոշումն ապօրինի է, եւ ապացուցվեց հերթական անգամ, որ դուք քաղաքական հետապնդման շղթայի մի մասնիկն եք։ Սրա նպատակը նրա քաղաքական գործունեությամբ պայմանավորված՝ կալանավայր ուղարկելն է։ Դուք որեւէ կերպ չպատճառաբանեցիք ձեր որոշումը», – դիմելով դատավորին՝ ասաց Չալաբյանի պաշտպաններից Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը։ Դատավորը հորդորեց հանգիստ լինել արտահայտություններում եւ առարկություններ ունենալու պարագայում բողոքարկել որոշումը։ Դահլիճում ներկաները վրդովվեցին դատավորի որոշումից։ Հայտարարվեց ընդմիջում։
