ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Ադրբեջանի օրենսդիր մարմնի պատգամավոր Գուդրաթ Հասանգուլիեևը երեկ ինքնատիպ խոստովանություն է արել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության էթնիկ զտմանը միտված ադրբեջանական պետության քաղաքականության մասին։

Նա մասնավորապես ասել է. «Հայաստանը պետք է վերջ տա Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային հավակնություններին և դադարի աջակցել Ղարաբաղի արյունոտ անջատողականությանը։

Քանի դեռ դա չի արվել, մենք չպետք է ճանաչենք նրանց (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության) հանգիստ ապրելու իրավունքը»։

Այնուհետ նշված պատգամավորը մանրամասնել է, որ նման պայմաններում հայերի կյանքը հնարավոր չէ Ադրբեջանում։ Իր գործընկերոջից հետ չի մնացել նաև մեկ այլ պատգամավոր Ֆազիլ Մուստաֆայեվը, ով նույնպես ուղղակի սպառնալիքներ է հնչեցրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության ֆիզիկական գոյության համար։

Իրականում հայերի նկատմամբ էթնիկ ատելության ու էթնիկ զտման ադրբեջանական քաղաքականության օրինակներն ու ապացույցները բազմաթիվ են, սակայն հատկանշական է, որ ադրբեջանական ղեկավարությունը ներկայացնող այս պաշտոնատար անձինք նման ծանուցումն անում են իրենց իսկ զինված ուժերի կողմից վերջին օրերին իրականացված սադրանքների պայմաններում, որի արդյունքում հայկական կողմից զոհվել է երկու և տարբեր աստիճանի վիրավորում ստացել 19 զինծառայող։

Փաստ է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ բնակչության կյանքի իրավունքը երաշխավորված չէ, և այդ մասին ուղիղ խոսում է ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան։

Այս տեղեկությունը կիսել եմ միջազգային գործընկերներիս, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի ռասայական խտրականության վերացման հարցերով կոմիտեի հետ, որն առաջիկա օրերին քննարկելու է «Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին» ՄԱԿ կոնվենցիայի կատարման Ադրբեջանի պարբերական զեկույցը։
