ՀՀ-ի ԶՈւ-ի ստորաբաժանումները դուրս են բերվել ԼՂ-ից, Արցախի անվտանգությունն ապահովվում է տեղի ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերի և սակավաթիվ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի միջոցներով. «Միասնական հայրենիք»

Սամվել Բաբայանի առաջնորդած «Միասնական հայրենիք» խմբակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության ապառազմականացման Պաշտպանության բանակի կազմալուծման պահանջի վերաբերյալ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

Վերջին օրերին, օգտվելով աշխարհաքաղաքական տեղաշարժերից, Ադրբեջանն ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառմամբ նոր օրակարգ է թելադրում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության տիրույթում` ներկայացնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապառազմականացման և Պաշտպանության բանակի կազմալուծման անհիմն պահանջներ:

Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը՝ «Միասնական հայրենիք» խմբակցությունը հայտարարում է․

· Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք ԼՂ-ում ամբողջական հրադադարի և բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտի մասին 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության շարունակական խախտումներն ու Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ ձեռնարկումները:

· ՀՀ-ի ԶՈւ-ի ստորաբաժանումները դուրս են բերվել ԼՂ-ից և Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ապահովվում է տեղի ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերի և սակավաթիվ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի միջոցներով։

· Արցախի բնակչության նկատմամբ շարունակաբար իրականացվող զինված հարձակումների, էթնիկ ատելության հրահրումների, հայկական մշակութային և կրոնական հուշարձանների ոչնչացման, հայաթափման ադրբեջանական քաղաքականության համապատկերում Արցախի ժողովուրդն այլընտրանք չունի, քան ձեռնարկել ինքնապաշտպանության միջոցառումներ:

· Արցախի Հանրապետությունն իրացնում է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությամբ ամրագրված ինքնապաշտպանության անկապտելի իրավունքը՝ պաշտպանելու իր ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքները ադրբեջանական շարունակական և համակարգային ագրեսիայից։ Ուստի, անթույլատրելի ենք համարում Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության անվերապահ երաշխավորի՝ Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի, կազմալուծման և/կամ զինաթափման որևէ պահանջ: Նման պահանջը միաժամանակ չի արտացոլում Հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած Կողմերի պարտավորությունները:

· Կարևորելով ՌԴ-ի միջնորդական ջանքերը ԼՂ-ի հակամարտության կարգավորման և խաղաղապահ առաքելություն ստանձնելու գործում, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնելով ադրբեջանական կողմի շարունակական ագրեսիվ միջամտությունները, համոզված ենք, որ ԼՂ-ում ՌԴ-ի խաղաղապահ ներկայությանը միջազգայնորեն ամրագրված երաշխիքներով և հստակ գործառույթներով օժտելը օրվա հրամայականն է:

Արցախի ԶՈւ-ն Արցախի ժողովրդի գոյաբանական նախադրյալն ու երաշխիքն է, ուստի նրա գործառնությունները սահմանափակող և իրավական կարգավիճակը վատթարացնող ցանկացած ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի միջամտություն ոչ միայն հակադարձ համեմատական է Արցախի ժողովրդի ազգային-անվտանգային շահերին, այլև ոտնձգություն է Արցախի հայկական ապագայի նկատմամբ:
