Ելիսեյան պալատը հայտնել է նախագահ Մակրոնի՝ Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի հետ հեռախոսազանգերի մասին։ Ալիևի վարչակազմը Մակրոնի զանգի մասին տեղեկություն է հրապարակել, սակայն հայկական կողմը չի հայտնել զանգի մասին։

Ելիսեյան պալատից հայտնում են, որ Մակրոնը Ալիեւին հորդորել է «անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ՝ էսկալացիայից խուսափելու եւ Հայաստանի հետ լիարժեք բանակցելու համար»։ Նա ընդգծել է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հրադադարի հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման կարևորությունը։

Իր հերթին Ալիևն ընդգծել է, որ «Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության արդյունքում, Եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների համաձայն, որոշվել է Լաչինի միջանցքին այլընտրանքային նոր ճանապարհի երթուղին, և ադրբեջանական կողմն ավարտում է այս ճանապարհի շինարարությունը։ Այս աշխատանքներն ավարտվելուն պես, 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի Եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն, նախատեսվում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերը վերատեղակայել այդ ճանապարհին»։

Այսպիսով, Ալիևը պնդում է, որ ճանապարհի երթուղին քննարկել է Մոսկվայի, ոչ թե Երեւանի հետ, ինչպես նախատեսված է նոյեմբերի 9-ի թղթով։ Սա կարեւոր բացահայտում է եւ հաստատում է Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունների համաձայնեցվածությունը Մոսկվայի ու Բաքվի միջեւ։ Ի դեպ, օգոստոսի 3-ին Բաքվի հարձակման նախօրեին Շոյգուն զանգահարել է Բաքվի գործընկերոջը եւ, ըստ ամենայնի, խոստացել զորքերը վերատեղակայել նոր ճանապարհի վրա։ Հիշեցնենք, որ նոր ճանապարհը նոյեմբերի 9-ի թղթով նախատեսված էր կառուցել 3 տարվա ընթացքում, այսինքն դեռ տարիուկես ժամանակ կար։

Մակրոնն այս մասին խոսե՞լ է Փաշինյանի հետ։ Երեկ կառավարության նիստում Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանի հասցեին ուշացած կիսամեղադրանքներ ներկայացրեց՝ միաժամանակ Ալիևին առաջարկներ անելով։

Հայաստանը պատրաստ է թեկուզ այսօր ապահովել Նախիջևանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կապը՝ ՀՀ օրենսդրության շրջանակներում, բայց Ադրբեջանը համաձայն չէ, ասել է Փաշինյանը։ Նա ասել է, որ ադրբեջանցիները կարող են անցնել Ղազախ-Բերդ, Ղազախ-Իջեւան, Վարդենիսի, Սիսիանի, Երասխի, Գորիսի մերձակա հատվածներով։ Նա ասել է, որ չի եղել մի դեպք, երբ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները փորձեն անցնել, և հայկական կողմը դա կանխել է։

Այսինքն՝ Փաշինյանն ասում է, որ Հայաստանի սահմանները բաց են Ադրբեջանի համար, և «Երևանը պատրաստ է երաշխավորել երթևեկության անվտանգությունը Հայաստանի օրենսդրության շրջանակներում և ռուս գործընկերների աջակցությամբ»։

Դրանից հետո ի՞նչ պետք է խոսեր Մակրոնը Փաշինյանի հետ. թերեւս դա է պատճառը, որ Փաշինյանի վարչակազմը հարկ չի համարել հրապարակել Մակրոնի հետ բանակցությունների մասին տեղեկությունը։
