Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը ներխուժման արդյունքում 2021 թվականի մայիսից վերահսկում են Հայաստանի տարածքի մոտ 42 քառ.կմ տարածքը։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկությունը հայտնել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից 2021 թվականի մայիսից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժման ընդհանուր չափը կազմում է 41,78 քառակուսի կիլոմետր», — նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Հարկ է նշել, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից չեն պատասխանել մեր հարցին։ Sputnik Արմենիան կոնկրետ հետաքրքրվել էր ոչ թե գրավյալ տարածքների ընդհանուր մակերեսով, այլ քանի քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածք է օկուպացրել Ադրբեջանը Խոզնավարից հարավ։
Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը Սյունիքի հարավում գտնվող Ներքին Հանդ–Բարդութահք (Բարտազ) գյուղի շրջանում ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումների առաջխաղացման փաստն արդեն հաստատել է՝ պատասխանելով Sputnik Արմենիայի նախկին հարցումներին։
Ավելին, մեր գնահատականներով, Ադրբեջանն այդ հատվածում վերահսկում է Հայաստանի տարածքի մոտ 9 քառ.կմ տարածք։
Մյուս կողմից, մայիսի վերջին Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարում էր Սոթք-Խոզնավար շրջանում ավելի քան 45 քառ.կմ տարածքի օկուպացիայի մասին։
Հարցում էինք ուղարկել ԱԳՆ–ը, խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե ինչու է օկուպացիայի համատեքստում հիշատակվում միայն Սոթք-Խոզնավար հատվածը (չնայած ադրբեջանական դիրքերը Ներքին Հանդ գյուղից հարավ են գտնվում), գերատեսչությունում ասել էին, որ այդ հարցով Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն արդեն հանդես է եկել պարզաբանմամբ: Ընդ որում, չգիտես ինչու, հղում էին արել ՊՆ այն պնդմանը, որ ադրբեջանական ռազմաօդային ուժերի ներխուժումը Ներքին Հանդ գյուղի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել ոչ թե 2022 թվականին, այլ 2021 թվականի գարնանը:

Այսպիսով, ստացվում է, որ ըստ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի տվյալների ՝ Ադրբեջանը վերահսկում է ՀՀ տարածքի մոտ 45 քառ.կիլոմետրը միայն Սոթք-Խոզնավար հատվածում։ Իսկ ՊՆ-ն պնդում է, որ Բաքվի կողմից գրավված հայկական տարածքների ընդհանուր մակերեսը կազմում է 41,78 քառ. կմ:
Ընդ որում, երկու գերատեսչությունները հետևողականորեն խուսափում են Ներքին Հանդ-Բարդութահք հատվածում ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումների ներխուժման ծավալների գնահատումից:
