Fbm.ru-ն գրում է, որ գիտնականների միջազգային խումբը ներկայացրել է արևային մարտկոցների համար կիսաթափանցիկ նյութ։ Ուսումնասիրության մասին հոդվածը հրապարակվել է Joule ամսագրում։ Հաղորդվում է, որ ինժեներները լույս հաղորդող ֆոտոգալվանային արևային վահանակներ պատրաստելու նոր միջոց են գտել։

Դասական վահանակները պատրաստված են սիլիցիումից, ուստի դրանք ամբողջովին անթափանց են: Իսկ նոր տեսակի նյութը կարող է որպես պատուհանի ապակի օգտագործվել: Հետազոտողների թիմը Սթիվեն Ֆորեսթի գլխավորությամբ մշակել է բազմաքայլ օրինաչափության մեթոդ, որը թույլ է տալիս միկրոնային մասշտաբով կապեր ստեղծել:

Օրգանական և մետաղական շերտերի միջև տեղադրվել են նախշավոր պլաստիկի բարակ կտորներ, որոնք այնուհետև բաժանվել են՝ բջիջների միջև բարակ էլեկտրական միացումներ ստեղծելու համար: Արդյունքում մասնագետները մշակել են արևային մարտկոցների հատուկ տեսակ՝ 10 տոկոս ռեկորդային արդյունավետությամբ և մինչև 30 տարի ծառայության ժամկետով։

Նշվում է, որ ինժեներների ստեղծած ապակին 50 տոկոսով թափանցիկ է և ունի կանաչավուն երանգ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս այն օգտագործել որպես պատուհանների նյութ։

Ըստ մշակողների` թափանցիկ արևային մարտկոցները կարող են նոր էներգետիկ հեղափոխության սկիզբը դնել, քանի որ դրանք կարող են տեղադրվել գրասենյակներում, տներում և գործարաններում: Փորձագետների մշակած մեթոդը նաև թույլ է տալիս մեծացնել պանելների արտադրության մասշտաբները։
