Նոր միջանցքը կանցնի Աղանուսի վարչական տարածքով, Քաշաթաղից ինչ-որ կտոր կմնա՝ միջանցքի տեսքով․ Հայկ Խանումյան

Միջանցքի տեղափոխությունից հետո նոր միջանցքը կանցնի Աղանուս համայնքի վարչական տարածքով, Հունանավան-Մեղրաձոր բնակավայրերով, հետևաբար, ինչ-որ ձևով Քաշաթաղից ինչ-որ կտոր կմնա՝ միջանցքի տեսքով։ Այս մասին Արցախի Հանրային ՀԸ եթերում ասել է Արցախի տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանը։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է Աղավնոյին և Բերձորին, ապա գիտեք, որ մեզ հաղորդել են ռուսական զորախմբի՝ միջանցքի գործող տարածքից դուրս գալու և նոր տարածք տեղափոխվելու մասին, հետևաբար, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել քաղպաշտպանության պլանի համաձայն՝ որոշակի գործողություններ անելու»,- նշեց Խանումյանը՝ հավելելով, որ վատ փորձ ունենք՝ քաղպաշտպանության պլանի որոշակի գործողություններ չանելու և պատերազմից հետո որոշ համայնքների բնակիչներին չտարհանելու, որը զուգակցվել է մարդկանց ստորացնելով տարհանմամբ։

Խանումյանի խոսքով՝ բնակիչների մի մասը կտեղափոխվի Արցախ, մի մասը՝ ՀՀ։ Իսկ թե ինչով է պայմանավորված վերջնաժամկետը՝ օգոստոսի 25-ը, Խանումյանը նշեց, որ ի սկզբանե որպես վերջնաժամկետ էր նշվել օգոստոսի 5-ը, բանակցությունների արդյունքու՝ վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանվել օգոստոսի 25-ը։

Հարցին՝ օգոստոսի 25-ից հետո այս բնակավայրերի բնակիչներն ինչ կարգավիճակով են լինելու, որ ծրագրերից կարող են օգտվել, Խանումյանը պատասխանեց՝ ունենալու են տեղահանվածի կարգավիճակ և օգտվելու են պատերազմի հետևանքով տեղահանված անձանց վերաբերյալ ծրագրերից։
Խանումյանը չի մոռացել մարտի գազային ճգնաժամը, նրա խոսքով՝ հաշվի են առնում հավանական ելքերը․ «Թշնամին բավականին մոտ է մեր բնակավայրերին, մեր ենթակառուցվածքներին, մեր ճանապարհներին, մտավախություն միշտ էլ կա։ Բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, որոշակի սցենարներին պատրաստվելու գործ արվել է»։
