Գազի համաշխարհային շուկան նոր խնդրի է բախվել Ավստրալիայի պատճառով

Ասիա-խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանի գազի շուկան նոր խնդրի է բախվել Ավստրալիայից հեղուկացված բնական գազի (ՀԲԳ) արտահանման հնարավոր կրճատման ֆոնին, գրում է CNBC-ն։
Տարածաշրջանն ամիսներ շարունակ ապրում է համաշխարհային մակարդակով զարգացած կատաղի մրցակցության պայմաններում. եվրոպական ընկերությունները ձգտում են ավելացնել գնումները՝ Ռուսաստանից վառելիքի ծավալի մի մասը փոխարինելու համար։ Այժմ ավելացել է եւս մեկ գործոն. Ավստրալիայի մրցակցության եւ սպառողների շուկայի հանձնաժողովը կոչ է արել պաշտպանել ներքին շուկան եւ կրճատել արտասահման մատակարարումները:
Կարգավորիչը կարծում է, որ գալիք տարում երկրի մի մասը կարող է վառելիքի պակասի խնդրի արջեւ կանգնել: Ավստրալիայի արեւելյան ափին օգտագործվող գազը հիմնականում արտադրվում է այն ընկերությունների կողմից, որոնք նաեւ ՀԲԳ-ի արտահանողներ են։ Այս իրավիճակում երկրի իշխանությունները կարող են հատուկ մեխանիզմ ներդնել, որը կխանգարի նրանց մատակարարել արտասահման՝ ներքին շուկայում դեֆիցիտի պայմանով, գազային ընկերությունների արդյունաբերական ասոցիացիան պնդում է, որ գազի պաշարները բավարար են, բայց եթե մեխանիզմն իսկապես կիրառվի, տարածաշրջանում ՀԲԳ-ի ամենախոշոր գնորդները խնդիրներ կունենան. Ճապոնիան եւ Կորեան, ինչպես նաեւ Ֆիլիպինները, նոր են սկսում այս տեսակի վառելիք ներկրել, նշում են վերլուծաբանները։
Ավստրալական որոշ ընկերություններ, ըստ S&P Global Market Intelligence-ի փորձագետների, արդեն իսկ կրճատում են վաճառքները սփոթային շուկայում։ ՀԲԳ-ի գները փետրվարի վերջից, երբ Ռուսաստանը սկսեց իր օպերացիան Ուկրաինայում, աճել են գրեթե 80 տոկոսով։
Վառելիքի առկա ծավալների համար ասիական եւ եվրոպական պետությունների միջեւ մրցակցության հարցը քննարկվում էր դեռ ռազմական գործողություններից առաջ՝ սրվող աշխարհաքաղաքական լարվածության եւ Եվրոպայում 2021 թ. էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի ֆոնին։ «Հյուսիսային հոսք» խողովակաշարով գազի մատակարարումների շարունակական կրճատման պայմաններում Եվրոպայի համար խնդիրն էլ ավելի սուր է դարձել: Wall Street Journal-ի գնահատականներով՝ ԵՄ երկրների համար իրավիճակը կվատթարանա ձմռան մոտենալուն զուգահեռ, ինչը կսրի Ասիայի հետ պայքարը ՀԲԳ-ի համար։
