Բա մենք նամուսով, թասիբով ազգային իշխանություն ունենայինք ու մեր ժողովրդի հետ այսպե՞ս խոսեին: Ոչինչ, այս դժվարություններն էլ կվերապրենք: Հայ ժողովուրդը հեշտությամբ ծնկի եկողներից չէ:
Բա մենք նամուսով, թասիբով ազգային իշխանություն ունենայինք ու մեր ժողովրդի հետ այսպե՞ս խոսեին: Ոչինչ, այս դժվարություններն էլ կվերապրենք: Հայ ժողովուրդը հեշտությամբ ծնկի եկողներից չէ:
Զինվեք համբերությամբ: Մենք կքշենք մեր երկրում իշխանությունը խաբեությամբ զավթած դավադիր խունտային, կհամախմբենք ու ոտքի կկանգնեցնենք մեր երկիրը, նորից կվերականգնենք նրա ռազմական ու պաշտպանական ներուժը, զարգացման նոր որակ և ուժ կտանք նրա տնտեսությանն ու գիտությանը: Նորից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կդառնա աշխարհում հեղինակություն, հարգանք ու վստահություն վայելող պետություն:
Այն ժամանակ կտեսնեք, թե ռևանշն ինչպիսին է լինում: Դրա համար մեզ երկար ժամանակ պետք չէ, և աշխարհն էլ միշտ չէ, որ ադրբեջանական գազով ու նավթով է գայթակղվում:
