Բայրամովը կրկին մեղադրում է Հայաստանին

Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը մեղադրում է Հայաստանին  «տարբեր պատրվակներով Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման գործընթացը դանդաղեցնելու մեջ», փոխանցում է «Ինտերֆաքս-Ադրբեջան»-ը։

«Մենք նկատում ենք, որ մեր դիրքորոշումները որոշակիորեն մերձենում են, բայց եթե լիներ  Հայաստանի անկեղծ մտադրությունը, ապա այս հարցը վաղուց լուծված կլիներ։ Այստեղ բաց հարցեր ու մեծ խնդիրներ չկան, ուստի մենք սա որպես արհեստական ​​արգելակ ենք ընկալում։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, աշխատանքը, որ Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է իր տարածքում, վկայում է մեր մտադրությունների լրջության մասին»,- ասել է Բայրամովը թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ներին տված հարցազրույցում։ Միաժամանակ նա հավելել է, որ Ադրբեջանը «վճռական է այս նախագծի իրականացման հարցում»։

Բայրամովը հիշեցրել է, որ Ադրբեջանի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության եւ Հայաստանի ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թ-ի նոյեմբերի 10-ին եւ 2021-ի հունվարի 12-ի եռակողմ հայտարարություններում կետեր կան ճանապարհների բացման եւ, մասնավորապես, այն ճանապարհների բացման վերաբերյալ, որոնք կապում են Ադրբեջանի արեւմտյան շրջանները Նախիջեւանի հետ, եւ Հայաստանը պատասխանատվություն է կրում այդ ուղղությամբ անցման ապահովման համար՝ առանց Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ որեւէ սահմանափակում կիրառելու։

Խոսելով Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի վերջին ագրեսիայի մասին՝ Բայրամովը կրկին հայկական կողմին մեղադրել է «պարտավորությունները չկատարելու» մեջ։

«Պարտավորություններ ասելով՝ նկատի ունեմ այն, որ հայկական զինված ուժերը դեռ չեն լքել Ղարաբաղը։ Հայաստանն այդ պարտավորությունը ստանձնել է եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ։ Հայկական զինված ուժերը պետք է հեռանային, երբ խաղաղապահ ուժերը մտան տարածաշրջան, բայց նրանք դեռ այնտեղ են եւ հերթական անգամ սադրանք կազմակերպեցին,- ասել է նա։- Ադրբեջանն իր ինքնիշխան տարածքում ապօրինի հայկական զինված խմբավորումների առկայություն թույլ չի տա։ Այդ պահանջն ուժի մեջ է մնում։ Մենք բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք այդ մասին եւ կարծում ենք, որ հայկական կողմը պետք է լուրջ վերաբերվի դրան»,- հավելել է Բայրամովը։
