Ընթանում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը (ուղիղ)
POLITICSԵրեւանի Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 10-ին, նախագահությամբ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի, տեղի է ունենում հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Չալաբյանը մեղադրվում է ընդդիմության ցույցերին մասնակցելու նպատակով ուսանողներին նյութապես շահագրգռելու մեջ։
Նա մայիսի 14-ին կալանավորվեց, ապա կալանքը երկարացվեց եւս 15 օրով։ Հուլիսի 27-ի երեկոյան Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ազատ արձակվեց «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից։ Սակայն օգոստոսի 3-ի նիստում դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի որոշմամբ Չալաբյանը կրկին կալանավորվեց երեք ամիս ժամկետով։
Նշենք, որ ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2022 թվականի մայիսի 4-ին Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան 12 հասցեում գտնվող՝ «Դալան» ռեստորանում, այնուհետև մայիսի 08-ին՝ Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի սենյակում նշված համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանին և նրա միջոցով Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի անդամներին ու համալսարանի ուսանողներին ՀՀ-ում «Դիմադրություն» և «Համախմբում» շարժումների հավաքներին՝ անհնազանդություններ, բողոքի ակցիաներին, ցույցերին, փողոցներ փակելու գործողություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով դիտավորությամբ նյութապես շահագրգռել է՝ առաջարկելով 2.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:
