Ի՞նչ փուլում է Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի կառուցումը

Լաչինի միջանցքի այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի 4.5 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածը մինչեւ գարուն քաղաքացիները ստիպված են լինելու անցնել գրունտային ճանապարհով, մինչեւ հայկական կողմը կավարտի շինարարությունը։

Արցախի Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում Քաղաքաշինության նախարարության ճանապարհաշինության քաղաքականության բաժնի պետ Մհեր Համբարձումյանը ասել է, որ չնայած ճանապարհը գրունտային է, այն անցանելի է լինելու ցանկացած տեսակի մեքենայի համար։

Նշենք, որ երեկ ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը Ստեփանակերտին կապող նոր  ճանապարհի իր հատվածի կառուցումն ավարտել է: Ըստ Ադրբեջանի՝ կառուցվել է 149,5 մ երկարությամբ եւ 13,5 մ լայնությամբ կամուրջ: Ճանապարհի ընդհանուր երկարությունը 32 կիլոմետր է, որից 10 կիլոմետրը Հայաստանի տարածքում է:

Ճանապարհի նորակառույց հատվածը սկիզբ է առնում Ստեփանակերտ-Բերձոր մայրուղու 36 կմ-ից՝ Բերդաձորի շրջանի Մեծ Շեն տանող խաչմերուկից: 2021 թվականի հուլիսից այս հատվածի շինարարությունը սկսել է ադրբեջանական կողմը, մեկ տարի անց հայտարարել ավարտի մասին: Ավելի քան 11 մետր լայնությամբ և 21 մետր երկարությամբ նորակառույց ճանապարհը սկսվում է Մեծ Շենով, հասնում է դեպի Հին Շեն, այնուհետև ձգվում մինչև Աղավնո գետի վրա կառուցված կամուրջը: Կամրջին շինարարական աշխատանքները ավարտվել են՝ կապելով գետի երկու ափերը: Հայկական կողմում շինտեխնիկան սկսել է աշխատել օրեր առաջ: Լաչինի միջանցքի նոր երթուղին կհասնի մինչև Սյունիքի մարզի Կոռնիձոր գյուղ, այնտեղից՝ Տեղ գյուղ, այնուհետեւ կմիանա Գորիս տանող մայրուղուն:  Կոռնիձորում ճանապարհի հողային աշխատանքները սկսվել են օգոստոսի 4-ից: 11 կմ-ոց հատվածի շինարարական աշխատանքները կատարում են երեք ընկերություն: Շինարարների խոսքով՝ իրենք սկսել են 6.5 կմ-ոց բուսական հատվածի հեռացման աշխատանքները։ Լաբորատորիայի պատասխանները ստանալուց հետո այդ հատվածում լիցք կարվի: Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը նոր երթուղով մեկնել և ծանոթացել է  նոր ճանապարհի շինարարական աշխատանքներին։

Չնայած հայկական կողմը հայտարարում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտման մասին, բայց փաստացի կատարում է Բաքվի պահանջները։ Բերձորի եւ Աղավնոյի բնակիչներին կարգադրվել է մինչեւ օգոստոսի 25-ը դուրս գալ իրենց տներից։ Մինչդեռ նախօրեին ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարել է, որ ճանապարհի հարցը պետք է լուծվի եռակողմ հայտարարության համապատասխան։ Հիշեցնենք, որ այն ենթադրում է երեք տարվա ժամկետում համաձայնեցնել նոր ճանապարհի նախագիծը։ Ադրբեջանը ճանապարհը կառուցել է առանց համաձայնեցնելու։ Համենայն դեպս, Երեւանում պնդում են, որ նախագիծն իրենց չի ներկայացվել։
