Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նախօրեին անդրադառնալով «Լաչինի միջանցք»-ի երկայնքով նոր երթուղու շինարարական աշխատանքներին, նշել է, որ վերջին 6-7 ամիսներին, շինարարական ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների աշխատանքն առանց ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցման է իրականացվել և նրանք տեղում հնարավորություն են ունեցել շփվելու տեղի հայ բնակիչների հետ։

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Խոսքի ընդհանուր միտքն այն է, որ այդ ընթացքում հայերի ու ադրբեջանցիների միջև թշնամություն չի եղել, նորմալ հարաբերություններ են հաստատվել և ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայության անհրաժեշտություն էլ չի եղել։

Եթե նույնիսկ մի կողմ դնենք Ալիևի խոսքի քարոզչական զեղումները, ապա քաղաքական իմաստով բավականին վտանգավոր գաղափարի մասին է անոնս արվել։

Ալիևի հիմնական ասելիքն այն է, որ հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիներն արդեն կարող են համատեղ բնակվել, շփվել՝ առանց ՄԻՋՆՈՐԴՆԵՐԻ՝ այս դեպքում՝ ռուսների։

Եթե նկատի ունենանք, որ Արցախում խաղաղապահների տեղակայման 5-ամյա ժամկետի ավարտին 3 տարի է մնացել, բնականաբար հասկանալի էր, որ արդեն հիմք է նախապատրաստվում խաղաղապահների ժամկետի չերկարացման կամ երկարացման դիմաց մեծ գին պահանջելու համար։

Իսկ հայերի ու ադրբեջանցիների համատեղ բնակության ուղղված ցանկացած քայլ, ծրագիր ինքնին ողբերգություն է»,-նշել է պատգամավորը։
