Ռուսաստանցի ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնիի՝ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հիմնադրամը դեկտեմբերի 29-ին Մոսկվայի չորս դատարաններ պատվի, արժանապատվության եւ գործարար հեղինակության մասին 7 հայց է ներկայացրել գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Չայկայի եւ լրատվամիջոցների դեմ: Այս մասին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին տեղեկացրել է կազմակերպության իրավաբան Իվան Ժդանովը:

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, յոթ հայց ունենք: Լրատվամիջոցներին ներգրավել ենք որպես պատասխանող կողմ, որպեսզի դատարանը մեր հայցն ընդունելու առիթ չունենար»,- ասել է իրավաբանը:

Հայցերը «Վեդոմոստի» եւ «Կոմերսանտ» թերթերի, «Դոժդ» հեռուստաալիքի, «Ինտերֆաքս» եւ «ՌԲԿ» գործակալությունների, «Էխո Մոսկվի» ռադիոկայանի եւ Slon.ru առցանց-պարբերականի դեմ են:

«Նախապես ներողություն ենք խնդրում հարգարժան լրատվամիջոցներից անհարմարության համար: Ցավոք, ստիպված ենք նրանց որպես ձեւական պատասխանող ներգրավել, որպեսզի դատարաններին ստիպենք ընդունել մեր հայցերը»,- իր բլոգում գրել է Նավալնին:

«Էխո Մոսկվի»-ի գլխավոր խմբագիր Ալեքսեյ Վենեդիկտովը ՌԲԿ-ին ասել է, որ հանգիստ է վերաբերվում Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հիմնադրամի հայցին: «Հասկանում ենք այդպիսի հայցերի բնույթը եւ դրան փիլիսոփայորեն ենք մոտենում: Այդ պատճառով կգնանք դատարան: Եթե գլխավոր դատախազ Չայկան դատի տա Հիմնադրամին եւ մեզ որպես պատասխանող կողմ ներգրավի, մենք նույնպես կմասնակցենք»,- ասել է Վենեդիկտովը:

Իսկ «Վեդոմոստի»-ի սեփականատեր Դեմյան Կուդրյավցեւը Twitter-ի իր էջում գրել է. «Կպաշտպանվենք մինչեւ վերջ»:

Մինչ այս, Մոսկվայի դատարանները երեք անգամ մերժել են քննարկել Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հիմնադրամի եւ Նավալնիի հայցերը:
