«Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնում հրդեհը մարված է, սակայն ժամանակ առ ժամանակ փոքր օջախներ են բռնկվում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ գերակշիռ մասը պայթել է, սակայն ենթադրվում է, որ հրավառության այդ նյութերից որոշ մաս դեռ կա. «Ինչպես նաեւ պլաստիկ նյութ շատ է եղել պահեստում, դա անդադար վառվում է։ Նորմալ է, որ դա մի քանի օր կարող է տեւել, մենք դրան պատրաստ ենք»։
Նախարարը հայտնեց, որ այս պահին էլ որոնողափրկարարական եւ հրդեհաշիճման աշխատանքները շարունակվում են. «Հրդեհը միայն պահեստի տարածքում է բռնկվում, մնացած մասում հանգած է։ Այս նկատվող ծուխը գոլորշին է, նաեւ մաքրման աշխատանքներ ենք իրականացնում, թթվածին է անցնում եւ մի փոքր կարող է ծխալ»։
Փամբուխչյանն ասաց, որ որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներում հայտնաբերվել է 15 քաղաքացի, բուժում է ստանում 23 քաղաքացի, որոնվում է 18 քաղաքացի. «Նրանց տվյալները մենք ունենք, տեղյակ ենք՝ եղել են արցելու, թե տոնավաճառի աշխատակիցներ»։
Նախարարը նշեց, որ այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում է մոտ 70 փրկարար. «Ընդհանուր առմամբ 7 փրկարար ստացել էր տարբեր վնասվածքներ, որոնցից 2-ը հոսպիտալացվել են, մյուսները տեղ ստացել են բուժօգնություն»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ ժամը 13։23-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնում տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն։ Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն՝ հրդեհի բռնկմամբ։ Պայթյունի հետևանքով կա 6 զոհ, վիրավորների թիվն անցնում է 6 տասնյակից։
Ուժեղ պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռվնել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 357-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (Հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք) և 358-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (Դյուրավառ կամ այրիչ նյութերի պահպանման, հաշվառման, փոխադրման, առաքման կամ օգտագործման կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք) հատկանիշներով։
