Մեկ մարդու վրեժխնդրություն Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ բռնաճնշումները սերտորեն կապված են ընդհանրապես մարդու իրավունքների՝ Հայաստանում առկա իրավիճակի հետ։ Փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանում տարիներ շարունակ մարդու իրավունքները կախված են եղել ոչ թե պետական համակարգի ճիշտ գործունեությունից, ոչ թե դատական անկախ համակարգի իրական և պրոֆեսիոնալ կենսագործունեությունից, այլ ընդամենը մեկ մարդու անձնական վրեժխնդրությունից և քինախնդրությունից։
Ավետիք Չալաբյանը քաղբանտարկյալ է, այս փաստը նույնիսկ չեն կարող հերքել գործող իշխանությունների բազմաթիվ աջակիցներ, ովքեր փորձում են Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ներկայացնել մի մարդ, ով իբր կաշառքի դիմաց փորձել է ուսանողների բերել ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին։ Այս հանգամանքն այնքան անհեթեթ է, իսկ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի մենահատ ցուցմունքը և տարածված ձայնագրությունն այնքան անլուրջ է, որ նույնիսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մերձավոր կողմնակիցները չեն հանդգնում Ավետիք Չալաբյանին մեղադրել կոնկրետ այդ հոդվածով։
Մեղադրանքը պաշտպանում են բացառապես Դատախազությունը, քննչական մարմինները և տխրահռչակ մի դատավոր, որի համար էական չէ քրեական օրենսգիրքը, կարևորը երկրի ղեկավարության տված պարզ, հասարակ հրահանգն է։ Նույն Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը իշխանությունների հրահանգով ապօրինություններ էր գործում նաև նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք, շարունակում է նաև այսօր։
Եթե նրան թողնեն մնա դատավորի իր պատմուճանի մեջ, նա կշարունակի այդ ապօրինությունները գործել նաև հաջորդ իշխանությունների օրոք։ Ամեն դեպքում արդարացի կլինի, որ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը մնա և դատի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա կողմնակիցներին, որպեսզի վերջիններս հասկանան, թե ի՞նչ ավերներ են գործել Հայաստանում՝ պաշտոնի թողնելով Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին։ Իսկ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը այս ընթացքում շարունակում է մնալ կալանքի տակ։
Առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող Չալաբյանը 4 ամսվա ընթացքում ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ է կարողացել մնալ ազատության մեջ, այն էլ օրենքի ուժով։ Մինչդեռ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը և նրա պես տասնյակ քաղբանտարկյալներ պետք է դրսում լինեին, իսկ փոխարենը պետք է կալանավորված լինեին երկրին և պետությանը իրական վնաս հասցրած քաղաքական գործիչները, իշխանավորները, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը։
Փաստենք, որ Հայաստանում իրավունք և արդարադատություն գոյություն չունի, գոյություն ունի միայն մեկ մարդու անձնական վրեժխնդրություն, և այդ վրեժխնդրության պատճառով տառապում է ոչ միայն «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը, այլ նաև բազմաթիվ անձինք։
