Հանրային ճնշումից հետո Փաշինյանը ստիպված ՀՀ տարածքում սուգ է հայտարարել։ Այս մասին ֆեբսյուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Նա դա շատ է սիրում ու միշտ մահեր բերում... Դեռ որեւէ պաշտոնական ցավակցություն չի հայտնել, մի բառ չի խոսել, բավարարվել է կարճ որոշում ստորագրելով, հետեւյալ բովանդակությամբ. «Ղեկավարվելով «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով՝ 1. Ի հիշատակ 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ին «Երևանի պահածոների գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ի տարածքում տեղի ունեցած հրդեհի և պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհված քաղաքացիների՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 17-18-ը ներառյալ հայտարարել սուգ»:

Ու ՎԵՐՋ։ Որեւէ այլ բառ չկա, թե դա ինչ է ենթադրում՝ դրոշնե՞րն են վար առնվում, հեռուստաեթերում փոփոխություններ լինու՞մ են, զվարճանքի վայրե՞րն են փակ լինում։ Քանի որ չկա հստակ կանոնակարգում։ Մի խելքը գլխին մարդ չկա՞ր այդ կառավարությունում, որ հուշեր՝ պետք է հավելվեին մի քանի կետեր, որ սուգն էլ լիներ պատշաճ կերպով։ Թող սովորեին այլ պետությունների ղեկավարներից։ Արանգմ Արցախի հանրապետության իշխանություններից, որը եւս սուգ է հայտարարել հայկական երկրորդ Հանրապետությունում։

Կամ գոնե արտագրեին նախկինում Նիկոլի ստորագրած երկու որոշումներից՝ հավելելով երկրորդ կետ հետեւյալ բովանդակությամբ՝ «Հանձնարարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման համակարգի մարմինների ղեկավարներին և առաջարկել համայնքների ղեկավարներին ապահովել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դրոշի մասին» օրենքի 4-րդ հոդվածի պահանջների կատարումը»։
Հղում տային «Տեսալսողական մեդիայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ կետին, որ կարգավորվեր նաեւ հեռուստաեթերը։ Զվարճանքի վայրերի մասին օրենսդրական կարգավորում ընդհանրապես չկա։
Լավ, հրատապ, գործնական աշխատանքները չեք կարողանում կատարել, փրկարարական աշխատանքները համակարգված չեք կարողանում անել, առնվազն ձեր սիրած զբաղմունքը՝ ներկայացնելը գոնե կարողանայիք պատշաճ կազմակերպել։
