«Արդշինինվեստ» բանկի աշխատողը զուգարանից օգտվելու համար ոստիկան կանչեց

Լրագրող Ոսկան Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 17-ի կեսօրին փոքր գործարք կատարելու համար մտա Արդշինբանկի Նոր-Նորքի մասնաճյուղ։ Բանկի փորձառու աշխատակցուհիներից մեկը մտնելով սպասասրահից մուտք ունեցող մեծ զուգարան՝ կանչեց մասնաճյուղի մուտքի մոտ հերթապահող ոստիկանին եւ ինչ-որ բան ասաց։ Քիչ անց ոստիկանը հանդիմանեց զուգարանից դուրս եկող, կենսաթոշակառուի տարիք ունեցող, սպիտակ մազերով, ֆիդայու թավ բեղերով տղամարդուն, թե նա ինչո՞ւ է օգտվել բանկի զուգարանից։
 
Տղամարդն ասաց, որ իրենց զուգարանով ապահովելը բանկի խնդիրն է:
 
-Ոչ, ձեր խնդիրն է, որտեղ ուզում եք, այնտեղ հոգացեք ձեր կարիքը, բայց ոչ՝ այստեղ,-իր իրավացիության մեջ վստահ մարդու տոնով հակադարձեց ոստիկանը։
Բանկի այդ մասնաճյուղի սպասարահում տեղադրված խմելու ջրի տարողությանը պլաստմասսե, միանգամյա օգտագործման բաժակներ կպցրած չեն, եւ միայն բանկի աշխատողներն են իրենց բաժակներով ամռան շոգին վայելում այդ սառը ջուրը։ Չեն թողնում, որ հաճախորդները խմեն իրենց ջուրը , չեն էլ թողնում, որ մարդիկ իրենց զուգարանում թողնեն օրգանիզմից հեռացող հեղուկը եւ այլն ։
Բանկից օգտվում են նաեւ հղի կանայք, առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող, միզամուղի հիվանդություն ունեցող անձինք,ամռան տապին մի քանի բաժակ հեղուկ օգտագործած հաճախորդներ, նրանք գործով բանկ են եկել, որտե՞ղ հոգան իրենց բնական կարիքները։ Զուգարանի խնդիր գոյություն ունի Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր բանկերում։ Հայաստանի բոլոր ԱԳԼՃԿ-ներում զուգարաններ կան, մեծ շահույթ ունեցող բանկերը ավտոգազալցավորման կայանների չափ չկա՞ն,ո ր հաճախորդների համար բաց զուգարան ունենան։
 
ԱՄՆ-ում ում, ուր երկու անգամ լրագրողական վերապատրաստում եմ անցել, պետական մարմիները ցանկացած հիմնարկ փակում են, եթե այնտեղ հաճախորդների համար բաց, կոկիկ զուգարան չկա։
