Տեսագրություններից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ ահաբեկչական որևէ գործողության տրամաբանությունը բացառվում է, որովհետև տեսնում ենք, որ ծուխ կա, փախչող մարդիկ կան, որից հետո տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ անդրադառնալով օգոստոսի 14-ին «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրունում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հնարավոր պատճառներին, ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ  Փաշինյանը։

«Բացի այդ, վիզուալ տեղեկատվությունը, որ մենք ունենք, գրեթե բացառում է ահաբեկչության հանգամանքը։ Նման դեպքից հետո առաջին հարցը, որ ինձ մոտ ծագում է, այն է, թե ինչ չենք արել, որպեսզի կարողանայինք բացառել նման զրագացումը։ Դեռևս 2020 թ-ի օգոստոսին Բեյրութում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունից հետո ես հանձնարարական եմ տվել համապատասխան գերատեսչություններին հավաքել տեղեկատվություն բոլոր այն օբյեկտների, ընկերությւոնների վերաբերյալ, որոնք գործ ունեն պայթյունավտանգ  իրերի հետ։ Դեպքից հետո հաշվետություն եմ ստացել հանձնարարականի վերաբերյալ։ Այս պահի դրությամբ գիտենք, որ առևտրի կենտրոնում հրդեհային  և տեխնիկական տեսչական մարմինը կատարել է ստոգումներ ՝ ենթադրում եմ, որ այդ հանձնարարականի շրջանակներում և արձանագրել խախտումներ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Վերւինս հանձնարարաան տվեց ՊՎԾ պետին՝ ուսւոմնասիրություն իրականացնել և զեկուցել, թե ինչպես է կատարվել իր տված հանձնարարականը։

Քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը ևս  անդրադարձավ պայթյունի հնարավոր պատճառներին, նշելով, որ  քրեական գործում առկա ապացուցյները վկայում են, որ գործ ունենք անզգուշությամբ տեղի ունեցած հանցագործության հետ։
